"We had a wonderful stay at Villaggio Cala di Volple! You should know that this is a family-friendly resort. Great salt water pool and steps from the beach. The dining facility was also easily accessible. Bring your own beach towels as they do not provide them for you. Meal options are limited (3 choices per course) and are very basic and prices are high comparatively. For example, my husband ordered a rigatoni pasta dish for 14 euro. It had 19 pieces of pasta on the plate and lacked seasoning....

We found the apartment a little ‘tired’ and under equipped - a small saucepan, garlic press, larger dinner plates and better cutlery knives would help. The towels provided were clean but seemed very old and the pillows should have had pillow protectors on them.
