The shower rail fell down and hit my friend on her head, which left her with a severe bump and when we complained, we were dealt with abuse from the owner, who was very dismissive and aggressive about her injuries. There was no shower head holder we had to hold it up with our hands, the plug hole could not deal with the flow of water and a puddle formed in the tray no more then 5 minutes in.
