"The first week the WiFi was very slow. The following 5 days it was not working. The last two days they fixed it at last. Both cleaning ladies were ill and could not come as scheduled. The cooking area has no light and the ventilation didn’t work. In the shower room, there is no place for putting or hanging clothes. The room is spacious though. The hotel is situated in the town centre and near the u Bahn and bus stations, rather convenient. "

"This is a great, well organized apartment, with a generous terrace, looking, also from the living room windows, into the heavenly green of beautiful old trees — in a fantastic location, where one can explore the "Mexikoplatz", walk to the "Schlachtensee" and have a meal in the restaurant "Fischerhütte", take the bus or S-Bahn to many other places. "Vorab: Wir hatten als Familie eine schöne gemeinsame Zeit auf dem Auenhof. Die Gastgeber sind wirklich nett und hilfsbereit. Anhand der Inserat-Beschreibung haben wir aber ein bißchen was anderes erwartet. Auch was das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis betrifft. Die Betten empfanden wir als deutlich zu weich (Federkern). Die Kopfkissen waren zwar offenbar neu, aber viel zu groß bzw. prall. Die Schlafzimmerverdunkelung ist völlig unzureichend. Unterm Strich: hier und da ein paar kleine Stellschrauben...

"Beautiful location with many things to do - bikes, paddleboard, volleyball, ping pong, etc.. Karsten is a fantastic host! The photos do not show it well but there is a lot of space with the 3 floors. The couch turns into a huge bed and there was a good sized cot for my teenager that fit well downstairs plus the upstairs bedroom. We all loved it there!"
