C'est pas cher mais on en a pour le prix de son argent. Lavabo bouché, mauvaise odeur dans la chambre. Le ménage pas top. L'accueil est sympa mais malheureusement ça ne rattrape pas le reste qui est très médiocre. Court séjour recommandé.

Établissement en décrépitude à l’image de la chambre qu’on m’a attribué (114). Je suis parti le jour même, car la chambre était remplie de moisissure (fenêtre, cabine de bain), les draps tachés, propreté limite et douteuse. Je déconseille fortement.

A fouir, façade délabré porte vétuste, en ouvrant la porte une odeur insupportable, senteur de moisie et d’humidité et le summum c’est les couverture c’était dégueulasse. Salle de bain minuscule Et le pire de tout c’est le ménages inexistant toile d’araignée + les insectes. Nous sommes arrivé à 20h repartie 1h30 après. Le seul point positif c’est la personne à l’accueil très sympa et au soin pour les clients. Surtout ne vous faite pas avoir par les photos tromperie l’hôtel ne correspond pas au photos.

Hôtel en mauvaise etat
Nous avions réserver une seul nuit dans cette hôtel afin de couper notre route des vacances... La propreté laisse a désiré avec des tâches de moisissures dans la douche, des draps troué avec des trous de cigarettes... Isolation médiocre avec une grosse chaleur intérieur et sonore également ou l'on entend bien sont voisin....

Je ne recommande pas Hotel 1re Classe Rennes
En arrivant la secretaire voulait me refaire payer alors que j'avais deja payé en ligne. J'avais payé le petit dej mais les horaires n'étant pas affichés j'ai payé pour rien car je repartais avant l'ouverture, même pas un café et les machines etaient tous HS. Je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité vu les locaux et les autres clients (hommes entrain de boire des cannettes a côté de moi, parking pas éclairé...). La chambre etait dans un sale état. Salle de bain en particulier dans un état lamentable et la chambre c'était un four sans clim. Je ne pouvais meme pas ouvrir la fenêtre par peur des hommes dehors. Le matin j'ai voulu rendre les clés a l'accueil a 5h30. Il n'y avait personne.
