could not check in until 7pm we had no water most of the time of our stay (except 15 minutes at midnight and 10 minutes in the morning) there was only one employee who spoke a little English, but he was a foreigner himself an didn't speak Portuguese....

nice hotel close to the beach, polite staff
good hotel, very nice and polite staff, we arrived in 7.00 in the morning but anyway the room was ready even they call us for the breakfast . polite and very warm room very clean and well maintained

Chegamos as 21:00 hs com chuva e a rua alagada. O hotel com pouquíssimos hóspedes, foi a minha sorte porque o quarto estava com uma poça de água, tiveos que mudar de quarto. No segundo dia não arrumaram o quarto, tivemos que nos virar. O café da manhã é razoável as atendentes muito atenciosas e prestativa , assim como o Chico , muito gente boa.

Boa estadia.
Café com variedade média mas é bem servido. Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos, pode usar a cozinha fora do horário do café. Quarto aconchegante, porém infelizmente acordei toda manhã com barulho de crianças correndo e gritando no corredor. Wifi com b9m sinal nos quartos. Tem estacionamento limitado, mas há espaço para estacionar na frente da pousada. Localizada em rua paralela a orla da praia, perto de restaurantes e quiosques. A 5 min de carro do Centro.

Férias tranquilas
Pousada muito aconchegante e tranquila, fica numa localização boa próxima a praia e as vias de acesso da cidade e beira a rodovia. Toda a estadia foi ótima tendo um diferencial o ótimo atendimento dos funcionários num ambiente bem familiar. amei a hospedagem!
Pousada familiar com atendimento excelente. É um lugar um pouco afastado do centro histórico, mas como estávamos de carro não foi problema. Atendimento excelente. Café da manhã delicioso com bolo quentinho todo dia, delicia! As meninas que cuidam são uns amores e a mãe do dono super prestativa! Só tenho a agradecer.

Excelente pousada, pessoas eficientes e agradáveis
Pousada excelente, instalações super confortáveis, funcionários nota 10 eficientes e agradáveis. Lugar mto calmo, perfeito para descansar, nenhum barulho durante a noite. Nada a reclamar da pousada! O único quesito que não posso dar nota 10 é na localização, pois a praia do Jabaquara é feia, água suja, não da pra aproveitar por lá e fica longe do centro histórico.

A pousada é boa, a localização é num endereço meio confuso, mas o casal que nos atendeu foi excelente, faz lanches e almoços pra gente quando os pedidos são antecipados. Sugiro que façam lá as refeições pois Paraty é extremamente caro.

Os responsáveis pela pousada, Renan e Denise, são muito simpáticos e simples. A comida servida por 15 reais é gostosa, minha esposa falou que era comida de mãe. Tivemos a impressão que era a mesma comida que a família deles comiam e isso é muito bom!

Proximo à praia com excelente custo-benefício.
Estivemos na pousada e ficamos muito satisfeitos durante a nossa estadia.A pousada fica a uma quadra da praia de Jabaquara. Podemos ir à pé. A equipe é bastante atenciosa, solícita e gentil. Quarto bem limpo e arejado, o chuveiro funciona bem e a água fica bem quentinha. Há opção de jantar na pousada, caso solicitado. O preço é muito bom! Comida gostosa e bem temperada. Quando voltarmos a Paraty, nos hospedaremos lá novamente!

Pousada Boa, ambiente ruim.
A garagem é pequena e só cabem 4 ou 5 carros pequenos, sendo que um apenas, trava todos os outros. Ás 03:00h da manhã, um falatório no andar de baixo,notei pessoas fora do quarto com a porta aberta e luz acesa falando alto, o barulho me acordou e incomodou impedindo o meu descanso e pior ainda, não houve intervenção dos administradores para que o silêncio se restabelecesse, sendo necessário eu me levantar da cama na madrugada, sair do quarto e bater a porta ferozmente para mandar um pequeno aviso que estava disposto a resolver a situação... o que fez em alguns minutos o silêncio se fez. Mas foi estressante eu ter que me preocupar em resolver algo que a pousada deveria,algo inconcebível!!!
