We booked it hoping that we will have a wonderful experience in a 4-star hotel, but we were very disappointed with the quality of room we had. They need to upgrade the hotel and compete with other 4-star hotels in the city."

"Stayed there before catching our flight the following morning. Right from check in to check out, we were treated exceptionally courteously by each and every staff member with always a smile on their faces. We had a steak dinner and drinks at their rooftop lounge and the steak was prepared exactly to the specs we had asked for. Next day we took a free shuttle to the airport.
