"Warning: FRAUD! These accommodations do not exist! On arrival the seemingly kind owner told us the property was in construction. We accepted his offer to find us a new place to stay. He would pay the other hotel and send me the difference between what I paid and the costs of the new hotel. The same day I heard that the owner of Rai Village apparently is not trustworthy. "We arrived late in the evening. The front desk guy was not professional at all. Told us that we only made a reservation and did not pay for our stay, which was not true. Then proceeded to called someone else that told him that the expedia reservation was payed. After that he gave us a key to a room smaller that the one we booked. We went back to the front desk to ask for the room we pay for and he showed us the price that was displayed on the wall and that room was a studio which was way more...

"The property is in a good location with nice view from the rooms and patio. The rooms are basic but well kept. There is no mini fridge, table, kettle (or coffee), chair, glasses, water. The food downstairs was very delicious. In the morning the water was warm like…. The washroom needs more attention."

"We stayed in the property for two weeks, our family is 3 adults and 4 children, We enjoyed our stay to a very high standards, however it took us some time to get used to the dogs barking, and chickens calling early in the morning, Otherwise the owner of the house including his staff were very accommodating."
