"The place was a bit unclean. There was an infestation of bats near our room somewhere in the ceiling. They also need to exterminate. Lots of cockroaches. The air conditioning was good, but no blankets just a sheet."

"I had an amazing stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the two toucans that visited us in the morning. They were flying around, perching on the trees, and watching us while we relaxed on the terrace. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and unique getaway! "

"We loved our stay here. Pool was great. Pool house had everything we needed. The views were incredible. Pretty easy to get into town. 4x4 is definitely a must to access the house. Check in and out was easy. Felt very safe. Amazing sunsets (short drive up the road). Would love to return here someday!"

Jess communicated with us well in advance and gave us the details for a smooth checkin, many recommendations for activities, restaurants and local spots. She was communicative throughout our stay. The property is breathtaking, with an infinity pool overlooking the ocean. The amenities had everything we needed, including an outdoor grill for a nice home cooked dinner. "We loved our stay at the Shelter from the Storm Villas. Pascal and Ginny were lovely hosts and we could not have asked for a more beautiful place to start our Costa Rica vacation. "We just left paradise! Casa Seabreeze was home to our two families for the week and we were blown away. The drive is no joke- a 4wd vehicle is a must, and it adds to the adventure! We would have been happy just laying in the infinity pool watching the monkeys swing in every day. Short drive to Dominical beach, and we also had a chef cook fish tacos one night that were amazing.
