Protaras Artisan Seafront Villa 7 is a jewel to be treasured, situated in a gated and quiet development just five minutes' drive to the Central Protaras Strip.

This modern and luxurious villa, furnished with utmost care to feel like a home away from home, offers panoramic seafront views, easy access to the beach, a private, optionally heated pool, an outdoor hot tub, a large pergola covered veranda with modern patio furniture, fireplace and BBQ.

The ground floor features a small bedroom with a single bed, a shower room, an open plan kitchen, dining and living room area that opens up into the semi-covered pool patio area. The upper floor features a spacious master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, a balcony and panoramic sea views and the third bedroom that also offers a large double bed and panoramic sea views. The fourth bedroom, ideal for up to four children sharing a room, offers a bunk bed with two single beds and aloft with a double bed accessible with an easy to climb staircase. On the same floor there is also the family bathroom.

Artisan Seafront offers plenty of shaded area to cool down over a drink or BBQ in the hot summer days of the Mediterranean, sun loungers to sunbathe by the pool, easy access to the beach, the tranquility of Cape Greco coast line and close proximity to two of the most cosmopolitan resorts of Cyprus.

Complete with all modern appliances, quality furniture, fully air-conditioned, fire place, underfloor heating, high speed Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with English, European and Russian channels, the property is comfortable, tastefully decorated and well maintained. There is no doubt that this villa will ensure a comfortable holiday for the most demanding guest.

Protaras Artisan Seafront Holiday Villa 7 is a seafront villa with unobstructed sea views ideally located in between the lively resort of Protaras and the scenic area of Capo Greko, just 100 meters from the sea and walking distance to Mimosa Beach and the Blue Flag Beach of Konnos Bay.

A comfortable footpath provides easy access to the sea directly in front of the villa less than a minute's walk away. Even though this is not a sandy beach, the waters are crystal clear and super clean. The nearest organised Beach is Mimosa and is only about 3 minutes' walk from the villa, a small white-sand beach that offers a small restaurant, sun-beds and parasols.

The beach at Konnos, a Blue-Flag destination, is complete with proper facilities and its charming beach cafe-bar.

Overlooking the action in the bay is Cliffs Bar, a great place for a drink with a touch of intimacy and romance. Other venues overlooking the Bay are Spartiatis Fish Reastaurant, a clean local tavern liked by locals and visitors alike.

Protaras Artisan Seafront Holiday Villa is about 60 meters from the seashore of Cape Greco, a pristine Mediterranean landscape, inviting during the spring to autumn seasons, and great for outdoor hikes and nature trips during the winter. This environmentally sensitive coastal area belongs to the Cape Greco National Park, a rugged landmass of dramatic features that has been sculpted by the cape's weather into an amazing number of bays, coves and projecting headlands, with a rich history dating back to Neolithic times. The Park is laced with minute forms of nature, tiny survivors on rocky, dry grounds, tough small trees wedged in impossible positions and acres of pines above this coastline. The entry points to the sea are many, some do require an adventurous disposition.

Listed Prices include 300KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.

For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro200 over and above the total booking amount.

This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property, and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
