We have been renting our property for 10+ years and understand what families and couples want to ensure they have a relaxing and problem free holiday! The TV your has all UK channels available and the WiFi is free of charge. The garden is attractively paved, fully enclosed with a lockable gate, making it safe for children. It also has a marble tiled patio with cushioned garden furniture under a covered pergola. and barbeque supplied. There is also a large outdoor dining table with umbrella.
Free use of the gym is available to guests.
Guest parking is available within the complex. The property sits in a quiet location, but is close to the on-site facilities such as the large swimming pool with pool bar selling drinks and snacks. It is also a 5 minute walk to the nearest restaurant and supermarket in Kapparis and the large bakery which is open 24 hours. Five minutes drive will take you to Paralimni town centre or the border to Famagusta. Protaras, which boasts the lovely Fig Tree Bay is also nearby. A 15 minute drive will take you to the busier Ayia Napa, with the beautiful new marina, plenty of shops, bars and restaurants and its large water park.
