The resort is less than 200 metres away from a beautiful Vizakia Beach and golden sands of Green Bay. Contemporary designed, it consists of open plan living area which opens to a balcony, one double bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower room with rain shower. There is one more double bedroom with en-suite walk-in shower room with rain shower. With comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, this apartment can easily accommodate two adults and two small children or three adults. Different types of lighting allow this apartment easily change its moods.

Just perfect !
The sun umbrellas in the garden require some upgrade. They are partly broken. This is not really a complaint, but rather a recommendation. The security coding system does not work or is not installed in the house as it was described in the mail I had received prior arrival. Parking gate security works perfectly and so did the box for the keys. However, main entrance door was always open and the elevator did not require any code either. This was not disturbing but it is just a comment.

Excellent location neary the sea
Overall the apartment is in a good condition in a very nice area. It needs a bit of refurbishment Door of the bathroom Sofa was not confortable it needs new mattres. Also, too many furniture in a small space.

We had a fantastic time on in this flat excellent location and quite court clean and lovely surroundings!!
