We had to consistently rely on the staff to help us navigate their online check-in app. Would be much easier and faster if the staff could just do this rather than forcing people to try and use their application. Even in Jericoacoara, which is known for being expensive; one can find a hotel with similar standard with a better rate. I also thought it was rather unusual to charge for the coffee capsules in the room. The high point is that it is really next to the sea. "
