"This property is not what I was expecting. Once you get your ride from the port / airport, you get dropped off at the post office and walk from there. You walk through the caldera going up and down narrow lane ways and steep stairs. The experience is definitely authentic! It was the most unique place I’ve ever stayed at. Views are incredible. Staff is great and very helpful. Very expensive (as expected for the area) but the drinks and food are actually cheaper if you stay at the hotel...

"The property is conveniently situated within walking distance of all the renowned landmarks in Fira. The hotel manager, Dimitrios, is exceptionally amiable and accommodating. I almost felt like I had my own personal assistant throughout the stay. He provided assistance with directions, dining suggestions, and transportation recommendations, which was truly fantastic. "The resort is beautiful.We enjoyed our swim in the infinity pool. We also used our hot tub every night. It was so relaxing. The breakfast is so good. You get variety each day. We decided to eat dinner there on our last night and sat by the pool area to witness the sunset. It was a great experience. The food was delicious. The staff were very nice and friendly. "We stayed at Skyfall Suites, Santorini the first week of June 2024. I must say it was one of the best hotels of our entire Greece family trip. The whole staff, especially the two ladies at the front desk, were incredibly nice, welcoming, and accommodating. They pointed out the best restaurants, locations, etc. They also helped us setup a sunset boat tour around Santorini/Tholos Naftilos/Red Beach, etc. It was incredible! We were so glad we did it.
