Just Another Day in Paradise! Snowmobiling & ORV trails at the front door. We have a heated garage to dry winter clothing. The house has a large dining room attached to the open living room with a large-screen Smart TV and 2 futons. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove & refrigerator. Washer & Dryer. Sleeps ten (10) with $50/pp daily over eight (8). 14 miles to Tahquamenon Falls. 12 Miles to Whitefish Point.

Perfect place!
We were very pleased with this home, it was a great location for the falls and just relaxing! Shared parking lot with a grocery store so it was easy to grab and go. Very clean, great location! Thank you for everything!

Great House for Snowmobilers!
We were there to snowmobile and we got really lucky with snow. The house was perfectly clean with ample space for our group of 5 adults. Highly recommend and we will be back next year!

was larger than pictures indicated. also surprised by the woods at the back. there were no pictures to show this or the fire pit. grand kids had a great time exploring out there. the location made a great home base for seeing whitefish point, Soo Locks, the falls and other sites within an hour drive. very central for all of this. should make more note of the grocery store across the parking lot.

It was clean, we had plenty of room, the owner was very friendly, and everything was there. The owner provided all kitchen supplies, washer & dryer, paper, towels, t.p., and towels. It really was a wonderful stay!

Remodeled 4 bedroom home in downtown Paradise, MI
The house was very roomy, had great amenities, and it seems like they thought of all of our needs. The bedding was very comfortable and there were two bathrooms for the five of us who stayed there, which was very handy. Location was very convenient for a lot of different activities that we took part in. I would highly recommend this property.

This house was clean, roomy and well stocked. We had eight adults in our group, and we had plenty of space to spread out, but still could eat together around the large dining room table. It was easy to find, and right in the middle of the things we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again.

2023 Snowmobile Trip
4 of us stayed for a snowmobile trip. We really enjoyed the house and the location. Plenty of parking - we had two trucks with 23 foot enclosed trailers. Great location, right on the trail, close to restaurants and two gas stations. We hope to be back next year.

Perfect location
My husband and I wanted to snowmobile. Several friends came along and wanted to cross country ski. The location was perfect and walkable to dinner if we wanted to leave. It was very nicely set up and the owner was very communicative. Highly recommend.

Easy to work with
We never actually got to stay there, due to the unprecedented warm winter without snow. However, Greg was very flexible about changing our dates to try and catch a time with snow. When Mother Nature finally stymied us for this year, we were able to rebook for next year. I appreciate his willingness to work with us, considering that this winter has been very tough on him and his business is way down.

The perfect place for a sled head get away in the UP!
This place was perfect for our two family sledding weekend getaway. The house is right next to trails, has a heated garage with lots of space for snow gear and helmets and a big parking area for our two trucks and big trailers. Greg and Sue Ann were great to work with. The house was very nicely decorated and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back to explore more of this part of the UP during the winter.

Location, location!
Our family group of 6 greatly enjoyed our time at the property! Communication with Greg before and during our stay was timely and helpful. The house was clean, well-furnished, and well-stocked, with space aplenty for food prep, mealtimes, and hanging out. Very comfortable throughout our 6-night stay. But the best part for us was the location. The property sits basically in the parking lot of a grocery store, a restaurant, and a gas station. And our primary trip objective was birding, and Whitefish Point, where we spent a good portion of our time, was only a 15-minute drive away. We'll be trying to stay here again next time we come this way.

Great place to gather
The pictures don't do justice to this place. It was spacious and comfortable for our extended family get together. Kitchen had everything we needed, there were plenty of towels, sheets and blankets. This is not a secluded residence as it's right next to the parking lot for the restaurant and general store, but it's a great central location to get to destinations in the UP. Being right by the store was a great convenience for us. Despite being close to the road and by the parking lot, it was not loud and we didn't hear any road noise while we were in the house, so that was great. If you're looking for a nice central location for a group to stay so you can visit the sites (tahquamenon falls, Whitefish Point, Soo locks, etc) this place is a great option!

Mold made us sick. Good location
All the reviews I read were 5 stars except one mentioned mold. When we walked in we could smell the musty odor. My bedroom had water on the floor by the wall on arrival and water running down the wall. The windows would draw so much condensation it would drip off the window sill. There has to me mold growing between the walls. It made us all sick. 2 of us had to go to the urgent care in Newberry from the reaction. This place has a great location for snowmobiling, gas, food etc. On the ad it states has a heated garage for your gear…. It’s barely above 40. It has a water heater on the wall with no thermostat. It’s controlled by the inside thermo. I read where you can park your sleds in the garage, when we arrived there’s signs on the garage wall stating no snowmobiles, atv in the garage. These 2 things were why we rented this…. Was disappointed. We will not rent here again. We rented March 9-13-2022. Trying to catch the last few days of the season and couldn’t ride because of being sick for 1.5 days.

This property is as advertised. Slept 10 comfortably and wasn't too cramped for that many. Two full baths are a plus for that many people. The attached garage was nice and it had a second refrigerator in it. I don't know if it had a water softener, but the water had a sulfur smell to it. There was no soap, TP, or coffee. They supplied us with more TP after we told them about it, but we had bought the other supplies already. This was in a VERY convenient location with grocery/restaurant/gas right next door.

Really enjoyed outside fire pit. Were told we only needed to take our own food but no soap, limited toilet paper. Trips to the grocery store. Comfortable sleeping. Difficulties getting kitchen plugs to work. Sofas nice, great TV.TV.TVwould recommend
