"Thank you for a wonderful stay! In general, everything was great, I especially note the wonderful atmosphere of the interior, a wonderful fireplace with crackling and warmth, a beautiful jacuzzi in a wonderful place, comfortable pillows and warm blankets. I would also like to add some wishes to improve the stay of future tourists. :) Since we celebrated the New Year with a large company with children, it would be great to change the TV to a modern model to be able to watch either photos or modern entertainment programs, etc. It would be good to improve the quality of communication, since this is a problem if you sometimes need to work on the computer or call someone. And of course, the front room overlooking the jacuzzi needs to be insulated because it was supposed that children would sleep there, but the heater could not create a comfortable temperature. But this applies to the cold season, so in the summer I think everything will be fine. In general, a wonderful place, we had a great time, for which we are very grateful and wish you successful business and good clients!"

Which was pretty cool at first, but then was sorta disappointing; considering the other hotels in Packwood that we have stayed at for about the same price. No coffee in the room was a huge disappointment as we were heading out early for skiing. Floor was slanted so stuff rolled across the room to under the bed, and super thin walls...."
