"Very disapointed.We drove 4 hours from Belem to Santopolis especially to stay in this hotel for the park for 3 days.Unfortunately the park was closed.Not mentioned before.After 3 days when the park was open,only one or two atractions were open.Not nice special for the kids.The hotel was clean and the staf were nice. "I enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and big enough for one person. Water in the shower on the first day was barely warm but it was fine on the second day. Breakfast could be improved"

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, lots of fruit fresh pastries, eggs, bacon. The building has 30 floors. We were on floor 15. Quite with a balcony. The building is dated and has a funky smell in the halls. Lots of hot water and pressure. Location is good for an evening walk to restaurants. The 4th floor of the mall has some great (white table cloth) restaurants. Overall the rooms are ok and functional. You are nit going to impress your wife with the first...
