"The staff is very welcoming and provided everything needed. The island is lovely. Once they heated the rooftop pool it was good. The food is delicious, many breakfast choices try the pimodoro upstairs or the ravioli in room . There is a water taxi charge if using other hours than shuttle times but easy to arrange or wait for free shuttle times. Highly recommend for the James Bond Italy feel of arrival a water taxi. Enjoyed how kind and friendly everyone on the island is to guests. "

"This was probably the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed in! I will break it down 4 in a bed style: Hosts: Were phenomenal! Nothing was too much for them. Friendly and courteous, efficient, kind and caring and all round fantastic! Facilities: we stayed in a suite, upgraded (for free!) to a lagoon view! It was perfectly equipped with everything you could need. The bathroom was beautiful, lovely shower, bidet, and plenty of toiletries and amenity kits. "The hotel property is lovely and very well located 5-10 min walk from Accademia Bridge, 2 grocery stores: a small (but very well stocked) market and a larger supermarket, as well as to the Peggy Guggenheim museum and the Basilica Santa Maria della Salute.
