"Solo stay for a week in October for some sunshine and r&r. Ticked all the boxes. Was allocated a 2nd floor room facing the sun for most of the day which I had asked for. Fabulous communication before arrival (last minute booking). Hotel arranged a taxi from the airport which was great as arrived late at night. "Our stay at the Elysium Hotel in Cyprus was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The entire experience was nothing short of exceptional, and we are genuinely grateful for everything the hotel did to ensure our stay was perfect. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and immaculate facilities. Every detail has been carefully thought out, and it truly felt like a luxurious haven. However, what made our stay even more special was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A particular highlight was the exceptional care they took with our dietary preferences. As vegetarians, we were so appreciative of the variety of options offered to us at every meal. The staff took the time to understand our needs, and the chefs were more than happy to accommodate us, making each dining experience a delight. We’d like to give a special mention to Andres, the supervisor manager, who made such a difference in our stay. He always went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, and his genuine care for our comfort and satisfaction was truly remarkable.
