Newly renovated **** apartment in a quiet beautiful location. The apartment is fully furnished, single storey and the disabled. Sheets and towels included. Many bike and hiking trails and a swimming and fishing lake nearby. It is only 1.5 km from the center of Papenburg. The Meyer shipyard where the world famous big cruise ships are built can be reached in about 2 km. We ask for your understanding that we do not rent to assemblers. You can expect a very nice apartment in a charming environment on the Waldstr. 19 in Papenburg. You will certainly feel well. We are looking forward to your visit

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Saubere Ferienwohnung und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Nette Vermieter und für Entspannung suchende die perfekte Lage vor den Toren der Stadt Papenburg. Kurze Wege zum Einkaufen aber totale Entspannung auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf Wiesen und Bäume.

Diese Fewo ist perfekt eingerichtet, bietet sehr viel Ruhe in einer interessanten, naturbelassenen Umgebung und wird mit der umfassenden Betreuung durch die Besitzer zum Highlight in der Umgebung von Papenburg. Wir kommen gern wieder - auch wegen der tollen Frühstückseier.

Die Wohnung und die Umgebung hätten gut und gern 4 Sterne verdient. Schade dass direkt nebenan Tag und Nacht starker Bahnverkehr herrscht. War insbesondere Nachts sehr störend.

Die Wohnung entspricht den 4 Sternen voll und ganz.
Ländliche Umgebung, viel Ruhe für Menschen über 60 Jahren. Trotzdem ziemlich zentral, nach Papenburg, Leer und den Niederlanden. Das Haus ist complett neu renoviert. Die Einrichtung zweckmäßig und es ist alles was man so braucht vorhanden. Ich kann das Haus ohne wenn und aber empfehlen.

-Schöne saubere Wohnung -Innenstadt in 15 min. mit den Fahrrädern (wurden vom Vermieter gestellt) erreichbar -Frühstückseier gab es "direkt vom Huhn" -Badesee fast vor der Tür (freute auch unseren Hund) -Leer und Emden leicht erreichbar -Tour nach Borkum war sehr schön (Fähre ab Emden) -Als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren ideal -Wir hatten erholsame 3 Wochen Urlaub und sind sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier gewesen zu sein

Perfekter konnte mein Kurzurlaub nicht sein
Meine Partnerin und ich wollten das Papenburger Land und Umgebung mit den E-Fahrrädern erkunden. Wir wurden sehr nett aufgenommen !! Die Wohnung ist neuwertig und mit allen was man begehrt ausgerüstet. Ich hoffe das ich das nochmal wiederholen kann, dann wäre dieser Gastgeber/Wohnung meine erste Wahl.

Mitten im Grünen
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und idyllisch gelegen. Bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt werden wir auf alle Fälle die Gegend mit den Fahrrädern erkunden. Dazu sind wir dieses mal leider nicht gekommen.

Wir waren über die Weihnachtstage in Papenburg und das wir uns dort sehr wohlfühlten, lag an der groszügigen Gastfreundschaft der Familie Stellbring und der schönen Ferienwohnung in absolut ruhiger Lage. Wir durften einen Weihnachtsbaum aufstellen und als dann das Christkind Geschnke unter dem Baum gelegt hatte , war für meinen 4 Jährigen Enkel das Glück perfekt.

Wir sind hier sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in eine ruhige Umgebung in der Natur und ist prima ausgestattet. "Haus Eichengrund" ist eine ausgesuchte Ausfallbasis um Emsland und Ostfriesland zu entdecken. In dit wisselend landschap van velden, meren , rivieren, dorpjes en steden hebben we gemakkelijk onze fietsroute gevonden doordat de fietsmarkeringen uitstekend zijn aangegeven.
