"We were both baffled by the 5 star reviews for this place. The views from the property are amazing but on arrival we weren’t greeted and had to ask for a key having explained we’d made a booking. We were then left to work out where our room was, trying to make it obvious we were unsure where to go. There was no introduction, no mention of dinner and the atmosphere very awkward.
