"We had a positive experience in every way! The location is wonderful - just 10 minutes north of downtown Hilo in a quiet neighborhood safe for walking. Spacious, clean and well stocked home with washer & dryer that we could use. The owner was kind and helpful. Close to a beach side park. Good price for the amenities. Cool breezes throughout and a great view of the sunrise and ocean! Very very Nice! We even heard some lovely live guitar music coming from downstairs one time. Great neighborhood."

"The neighborhood was quiet, and the home was lovely and private. The backyard was also fantastic to sit outside. The bed was extremely comfortable which was perfect after being out all day and wanting a good nights sleep for the day ahead! Fantastic hosts as well. "We enjoyed our time in this well designed lower level apartment. Everything you need is there and handy (cook top only). We loved the view, pool, hot tub, water fall, horses, goats, chickens at the entire environment. IW was relaxing sitting on the porch seeing the ocean in the distance and feeling the ocean breeze. Steve was responsive, helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend this spot."
