Price was very good if compared to a hotel in a big city but this was much nicer and keeps the charm of assisi. "The hostess did what she could to fix the issues, but the listing should be made more accurate. It is actually a shared apartment with other renters. The private part is only 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. You can also use a common area that has a table, but it is shared with others staying there. The checkout is actually 10am, not 2pm as listed and a person entered our rooms at 10:30 to start cleaning. The breakfast included is at a train station that you need to drive to but without parking. Very close to the train station - very convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant in the morning was small, but good. Highly recommend this location!
