"The staff was attentive and helpful to our needs and made sure we were comfortable at all times. The game tours are amazing and I enjoyed seeing some of the big 5! I do recommended doing an afternoon tour as well as an all day tour. The food options were ok enjoyed breakfast more than dinner. The resort is wonderful and I was able to see a Hurd of elephants by the pool before sunset. I would recommend this place to others and stay here again if I am in Kruger! "

"Have stayed here many many times over the years, always on our way to the Kruger National Park and sometimes on our way out. I would very highly recommend staying here. It has very nice and easy, peaceful and relaxing feel about the place. Just the job to unwind after a long journey. "The place is in dire need of a major upgrade. Broken tiles on the steps. Lots of damp on the buildings. Algae in the showers. Broken window blinds. Poor functioning air con I also felt unsafe as there were people playing very loud music in the parking lot and drinking"

"Kruger Park Lodge in general is a very nice property. The property is very well kept, clean and well looked after. The facilities are great with the hippo hide where you can watch hippos safely as well as an extremely nice golf course on the property with impala walking on the course. The pool area is very nice and the restaurant (G’s) is good. There is also a lapa area where they do a traditional braai (think bbq on steroids) and a river area you can walk to. All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. It is a spacious 6 sleeper. The unit itself is great with a few little issues such as the shower door does not close and the double bed in the main upstairs bedroom has a mattress that is not very good. Other than that it is a very nice unit. The air conditioner wasn’t working and when we called them the next day they came out and fixed it almost within the hour. The unit is cleaned every day which is very nice. The lodge is 15 minutes from Phabeni gate into the Kruger Park. Also, even though when you are in the lodge you feel like you are out of the city in the bush, it is 5 minutes away from many good shops and restaurants. "
