Cottage "MIRABELLE" in the countryside with swimming pool

Come and relax in the countryside, calm and rest assured.
Between Nantes and Angers. 15 minutes from Ancenis, its Loire banks and motorway exit. 1 km from a greenway for cyclists and walkers in complete safety for the little ones.

Old renovated character building, large outdoor area with secure and heated swimming pool from mid-May to September, depending on the weather, trampoline, swing, slide, bowling green, garden furniture, barbecue. Free private parking.

A capacity of 11 beds + 2 baby beds on request.
1 equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob and microwave. 1 large living room: dining area and lounge area. 1 shower room with washing machine. 1 WC.
FLOOR: 1 large living room: television corner and board games. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. 1 bathroom (shower) with WC.
ROOF SPACES: 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 2 single beds and 1 single trundle bed.
Private south / west side terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
You will enjoy complete independence. We live 5 minutes from the cottage but remain at your disposal to make your stay pleasant.
- Almost all of our beds are 2 m long, so we offer bed linen rental (fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase) for € 10 per bed.
- You can also take the "departure cleaning" option for 100 €. Otherwise, you will be asked for a check for
deposit upon arrival and returned at the end of the stay if cleaning is done properly.
- Towels, tea towels, cleaning products ... not supplied - Electricity consumption is billed in
more at the end of the stay (meter reading on your arrival then the day of departure)
- Animals are no longer accepted due to bad experiences.
- The cottage is non-smoking, an ashtray is available outside on the terrace.
- Reservations are made from Saturday to Saturday in July and August, arrival from 4 p.m., departure no later than 10 a.m. We can be more flexible out of season within reason.

Gîte très agréable, bien agencé et rien ne manque seul un lit au rez de chaussée (un canapé lit) serait un plus. Je recommanderais ce gîte à la famille et /ou amis voulant séjourner dans la région.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour en famille (9 personnes). Nous avons grandement apprécié la quiétude des lieux, l'espace, les aménagements extérieurs notamment (piscine, barbecue, jardin, tables, transats). Les installations intérieures du gîte sont complètes et bien pensées. Nos hôtes ont été charmants et très réactifs. Les sentiers de randonnées aux abords immédiats sont très bien balisés. Location au top!
Nous avons loué le bien de Anita pour une semaine en Août. Les hôtes ont été accueillants et chaleureux, disponible par email et téléphone avant et pendant le séjour ce qui est agréable. Le logement est impeccable, spacieux, bien équipé, le vaisselier est bien rempli, nous n'avons manqué de rien! Les extérieurs sont aussi parfaits, le jardin est bien entretenu, le trampoline, toboggan et balançoires ont bien été rentabilisés par les enfants ! Et enfin, la piscine est super, bien chauffée. Il y a une lumière à détecteur de mouvement pour profiter au calme de la piscine lorsque les enfants sont couchés. Je recommande ce logement à tout point de vue!

Parfait pour une famille étendue avec jeunes enfants
Au calme, à la campagne avec tout ce qu'il faut d'espace pour laisser une grande liberté aux petits et grands et grâce à la piscine pas de déplacement pour la baignade. La maison est assez grande et permet un séjour agréable pour tous.

Location commune des gîtes Mirabelle et Bambou. Très bonne semaine! Hébergement de 8 adultes et 6 enfants au total, tous les repas pris en commun dans le gîte Mirabelle, bien équipé pour cela. Gite très propre et agréable, proprio disponible et aimable. Cuisine équipée et fonctionnelle, il manquerait peut être un peu de place pour ranger les courses alimentaires d'un groupe. Et pourquoi ne pas mettre un placard à vaisselle dans le couloir, ce serait plus pratique pour les repas en extérieur que le buffet au fond du salon. Histoire de trouver qqchose à améliorer car sinon belle semaine! Piscine au fond du jardin, permet d'avoir le calme dans le gîte quand les enfants jouent dans l'eau, idéal pour faire dormir bébé ! Merci.

Belle semaine dans le gîte Mirabelle
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le gîte Mirabelle, situé très au calme. Nous avons été accueillis par une propriétaire agréable et disponible. Le gîte est spacieux, propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire ( mobilier, vaisselle ). Nous avons surtout beaucoup profité du grand espace vert ( partagé en partie avec un autre gîte ) très bien aménagé pour des familles : piscine sécurisée, trampoline, terrain de pétanque, portique... En période de canicule, la piscine était un bonheur ! Nous recommandons cette adresse et y reviendrons peut - être un jour avec plaisir !
