All of the staff I encountered were courteous, friendly and helpful. The hotel public areas were all well maintained and well decorated. "Nice and close to Alexanderplatz station, Hop on hop off buses, and easy to walk to the famous sights of Berlin. Its worth paying the extra for a view as you can relax in the evenings just watching the world go by. Breakfast was great, good range of hot and cold food and drinks.
