Panguitch Lakehome Great views of the lake & perfect for all local activities
Great newer cabin walking distance to Panguitch Lake's north shore and Rock Point Boat Dock. Relax on the deck overlooking the lake by day and star gazing at night. This 4 bedroom 3 bath home is perfect for the family to get away year around.
This cabin is in the heart of southern Utah. Super close to a lot of really great activities, such as, Cedar Breaks NM, Zion NP, Bryce Canyon, itc. It's close to Brian Head, It's only an hour and a half from St. George Utah. Fishing is great at Panguitch Lake with additional lakes in the area. It close enough to the mountain activities and far enough that you get away from the hustle and bustle of the cities.
There is a Wilson cell booster in the cabin which helps increase the cell service which enables you to make calls and send text messages.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was very comfortable and clean. It was a little farther away from Bryce than I thought it would be but the countryside is lovely there.
Great location for Brice Canyon 2 hours from Zion. Very comfortable beds, great views and the kitchen has everything you need. Would highly recommend & would definitely come back!
We met for a family réunion, everyone chose something different to do, from fishing at Navajo lake to visiting Bryce canyon and Cedar breaks, or just watching the wildlife stroll through the property.
Fun place!
First of all we had trouble unlocking the door but it was all our fault. The property manager was so helpful and accommodating! The cabin was exactly as the pictures showed. It was clean and beautiful and the view was amazing! I would definitely stay there again!
Just as described. This will probably be our last trip to this lake and we wanted to stay somewhere nicer than other rentals we stayed at, this location was perfect. Very relaxing on the balcony with great views of the lake.
Great home. Would highly recommend and will likely stay there again in the future. It’s a 3 story so would not recommend for anyone with a hard time using stairs. 1 recommendation for the property owner would be to put an address sign at the bottom of the driveway. House wasn’t clearly marked so it took a bit to find and determine we were at the correct location. Very happy with everything in the home. Perfect for our needs.
When we stayed at this property, we had been traveling the National Parks for the previous 4 days. We were eager for a place to spread out, do laundry, do some cooking and continue to have access to Bryce and Zion. This met all our needs for our group of 11.
Group of friends stayed here for a fishing trip to Panguitch Lake. Was in excellent shape and lots of room. Kitchen was well equipped and balcony provided a great place to relax and review the fun we had that day.

This place could be amazing
I have written to the management team all throughout our stay. The signage, access, and ultimately the lack of any connectivity kept us from finding the place. Cheers to the lakes fishing resort and Kendra for lending a hand.
The place has comfy beds but the management team needs to spend a night there and fix the cleanliness and rhodent issues. The management company has assured me they would upon our exit. We slept there 3 nights.
The views were wonderful.
The house was nice and spacious but had it's flaws. Some minor issues with the home like doors that didn't secure, rails that were loose and grill didn't work properly. There also wasn't enough supplies for a large group such as mine however the property manager did manage to deliver more paper towels (limited spare towels) and toilet paper. Overall, the house and location met our needs.
They definitely need to upgrade the bbq, and the couch in the living room. The parking area could use some help as well. Overall the place is pretty comfortable for a larger group of people. 4/5 stars.
Very nice place. The barbecue was very greasy/dirty- we cleaned it before using. There was a full propane bottle but we were told to bring our own. One of the sliders on the second floor could not be locked.
Rented this cabin in January for an ice fishing trip. Cabin has 3 levels, game room, 2 bedrooms and bath on ground level, second level has the kitchen / living room, bathroom and bedroom. 3rd level is the master bed & bath with a nice big loft. It has a great view overlooking the lake, unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the outside deck. We would love to come back some day, we had a great time gathering with family / friends!
* If renting this cabin in winter/bad weather be advised there is a steep driveway to access the cabin.
First i really need to say we enjoyed our stay at this property. There are just some really nit pickin things I would like to point out. There is a pool table down stairs. The two pool ques have no tips on them. They need to be fixed so the table can be used. One of the sliding doors is really hard to lock if not impossible. That needs to be fixed as well. Other than that we would probably stay there gain if we choose to visit the area again.
We really enjoyed the stay. The cabin was very spacious and the area was beautiful. About 30 minutes from Brian Head. We ran into a few hiccups. There were road Closures due to lots of snow so we were not able to make it to Brian head for our last day. All the other days were great though. The driveway was ideal for sledding down, lots of beds and extra bedding. One major issue was no cell service whatsoever. We didn’t get any service the entire time. WiFi was spotty at best. We noticed a few things broken in the cabin (shower handle in downstairs bathroom was broken making it unuseable, pool table broken, one lamp slightly broken, a couple spindles on staircase, a knob on the stove, etc). Overall those things were not bad and didn’t keep us from having a great time.
The positives: This property is located in a beautiful lake area. It is located about 30 minutes from town and is a very scenic area with quite neighbors. Overall, the home was inviting from the outside and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the property managers was also very good. I received responses timely when providing feedback.
Negatives: We did have a mice issue. We saw mice on the first two stories. We had to secure all food items in the refrigerator or suitcases at night after some food was tampered with on the counter. There were also mice droppings on the counters each morning. Due to this, we washed all dishes before and after using them. Other issues were just small inconveniences. We had no cell services. Our party uses US Cellular and Verizon. Neither of these had any reception. However, we were not overly concerned about this. I will note that wifi did work well. Other issues were that the sliding door on the 2nd story would not lock and the BBQ grill did not work properly. We had to finish cooking our food inside.
Overall, I would go back to this area. However, I would probably not return to this particular property.
