"Second time at this resort...first time was great! This time...No bottled water in room, TV was the size of my phone,Food was terrible at restaurant and no toilet sprinkler. Gardens a beautiful...hats off to the gardener! I stay at many hotels in Philippines this one needs to step it up to be a real 8.2/10 A real disappointment...will not go back."

"Freindly staff, great location and beach, nice dining option and very clean. if you are expecting european/US Standards, so the facilities is below that: - AC is old technology and very loud, - bathroom standard in the room is poor. "This property has a certain charm, is very atmospheric with pretty gardens, but seems passed its prime. The room we were given smelled strongly of mold, the private pool was too gross to swim in, the small beach was not inviting and everything generally felt decrepit, dirty and in poor condition. After complaining and showing staff our issues with the room, we were eventually moved to another one which was much better. Our experience wasn't great but some may like it and staff was responsive....

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, The hotel provides free shuttle service to alona Beach which is 13 minutes away, on most nights, So you can access the restaurants and entertainment.
