"Although it was not easy to drive to the resort from Dar es Salaam (especially with our RAV4), our family had a wonderful stay there and is definitely willing to go back there. As many reviews of Tripadvisor already mentioned, the foods in the resort were fantastic. Grandparents, me and my husband, and our children (5 & 3 years old) all waited for the next meal time to taste something new and joyful. "Visited in mid September and it was very quiet, only a couple other guests. Very relaxing. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, and the place is quite safe. It is more of a campgrounds with a few bungalows and a restaurant and small pool, and not really "a resort" as such. But very fairly priced."
