The room is ok but for late check-in guests, it’s better for the customer service agent to share the check in information before taking off rather than waiting for the guest to ask for information. From my example, I got to my room at 2am with no one to ask for help, I was panicked that I might stay outside for the whole night or try to find another hotel. I can only call the agent through WhatsApp for help. Luckily he/she answered and I’m able to get in but coming from a long-delayed flight to a brand new country, I felt lucky that my phone has enough power and data to make the call.
