Best Views
Good sized condo in nice building on waterfront strip. Walk in closet clean, modern, better than the pictures. Serene views from every spot! Plenty of road noise though so playing white noise or rain sounds is helpful for sleeping- though the noise significantly decreased overnight it was back for 6 am ( Balboa is a main corridor after all). Anyway I got used to it. Rooftop pool and gym with 360 degree views, oh wow! What a city!

Confortable apartament with very nice view. Good neighborhood, very close to grossery stores. Property manager is very nice and polite and helped with all we needed.

Amazing view and staff!
Property manager was very attentive to our needs. Condo is spacious and comfortable, The view and area where is situated is amazing and close proximity to everything. Only issues I had was pertaining to the cleanliness, which was addressed with property manager. Overall experience was superb!
