Great place to stay. The staff is the best! The only downside for me was the internet in the room was non existing. I am returning to my panaama city on the 16th and unfortunately I need a place with reliable in room internet/wifi

Close to the metro line malls old city board walk a bakery sits next to the hotel fresh baked bread daily if u wish had one issue with the room and it was rectified in less than an hour

The property was very nice. It seems it’s under renovation as they had some signs showing the next stage of building. The rooms were nice and looks like they just plan on making them a bit more modern over the next few months. Lobby was very welcoming and it’s not far from the waterfront

There was a smell coming from the bathroom upon arrival seems as though there is a sewer problem,around the area is ghetto and sketchy.The Hotel itself is fine otherwise,central location close to restaurants and shopping.Bilingual receptionist on every shift,breakfast was great every day.

This is the worst hotel I've been in Panama City. My room wasn't available so the gave another one with 2 beds, so I went to the room and it was occupied, then they gave another one and it was occupied too. Their system is broken, they don't know which rooms are empty or clean. Finally, when I got an empty room, it has no towels so I needed to go down to the front desk because they never answer the phone in the reception. Next day I realized towels and sheets had stains, so disgusting. The building looks dirty, old and smells funny. Some walls are leaking water front the A/C. Internet doesn't work in the rooms, only in the lobby and restaurants area. They gave me a free meal after complaining twice in the front desk. I know hotels in this area are not the best but this is an international hotel chain, so it is not fair you charge more for an hotel in so poor conditions, I’ve been in cheaper hotels in the neighborhood and the offer better facilities and service. I've been in other Faranda hotels in different countries and this is not a nice place. Shame on you.

Es un lugar que en fotos se ve mejor y en persona es feo y antiguo no tienen parqueo en la propiedad si no a la vuelta pero lo cual es incómodo caminar hacia y desde hotel la comida no tiene un buen sabor y no tienen muchas opciones la habitación el agua caliente mucho tiempo para que sea caliente televisión antigua Cortinas viejas mal pintado el extractor del baño hace mucho ruido de verdad crei diferente este hotel no lo recomendaría
