BEAUTIFUL BEACH HOUSE!! 🏝Aquamarine Dream Deluxe🏝 | Your Vacation Awaits!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.The perfect spot to get away from it all. 15 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to our favorite restaurants and close to many other local attractions. 1 block from Camping World (a large RV store) and 5 minutes to the local boat launch. This cozy home has all of the niceties and amenities to make lots of warm memories and relax after a long day at the beach. Available for long term rental during fall and winter months.

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood with a 15 minute drive to the beach and a 5 minute drive to the popular St. Andrews area on the bay.

When you enter the home, you’ll find the living room, kitchen, and dining area. This is a one level home so no need to climb any stairs. All rooms have a TV.

Master Suite - Located down the hallway on the left. This a large cozy room with a queen bed and full private bathroom.

Bedroom 2 - First bedroom on the left. This room is for the youngsters and you’ll find a bunk bed and kiddie decor.

Bedroom 3 - Located at the end of the hallway. This is a nice comfortable bedroom with a queen bed and a desk remote working or studying.

Bathroom 2 - This is a full bathroom located down the hall to the right.

YOUTH BASEBALL TOURNAMENT!
We came down Thursday for my grandson baseball tournament. Unfortunately they lost and were out of the tournament before we got to Panama City. The house was wonderful and comfy. It was like home away from home. The house was spacious and the bedrooms were nice, except the mattresses were to soft for our liking. I guess because we like ours firm.The kitchen was roomy and you had room to maneuver around. The front door lock battery died, but we were able to use the back door which was fine. OVERALL, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!

The house was very clean and updated. The house looks exactly like the pictures. Communication with the manager was superb. Any questions were answered within an hour. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house! Just as described. In a quiet little neighborhood out of the hustle and bustle of the PCB crowds but close enough to everything that getting to any destination in town or along the beach is just minutes away. Great communication. Very clean house. We loved it! Was perfect for our family! Thank you so much!
