- Casa Arias is considered an oasis within Casco Viejo, being one of the few buildings with a private rooftop and pool.

- The pool and rooftop are available for you to use any time you like (it is shared with the other 6 rooms, part of our property as well).

- The rooftop has unique views of all of the old town, as well as directly to the sea, where there will be incredible sunsets to enjoy while you eat something or just relax.

- Design pool in the heart of Casa Arias, where you can also enjoy its wall waterfall and lie down while you relax. An oasis in thewarmth of the old town.

Great building and location with some minor downfalls.
The property was a great old building in the historic Casco area and very well located. It had access to a small restaurant downstairs that served breakfast, lunch and dinner which was really convenient, especially for breakfast and coffee. The attached balcony was a perfect place to hangout in the mornings and evenings. The bathroom was small and cramped. Not ideal for some. Be prepared to carry your bags upstairs. I had a question the first day and the host never responded. At times it was quite loud on the street below but we were there during a busy time. Overall we enjoyed our time there and liked the property. I would go back.

Casco Viejo es un vecindario muy seguro y eso hace que este lugar sea apreciado. Desde ahí se puede recorrer Casco y visitar las tienditas y las iglesias. Si quiero regresar ahí cuando el país no tenga huelgas
