Welcome to Del Sole, a triple en-suite accommodation with sweeping views of the Gulf, located on the quiet West End of Panama City Beach. This corner unit is highly sought for its unique placement of floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows which allow ample Florida sunshine to drench the interior from sunrise to sunset. All three bedrooms are paired with their own en-suite bathrooms so you and your family can enjoy your own space while vacationing. Plush, new bedding adorns each bed to provide that "home away from home" feeling and every bedroom features new SmartTV's so you can enjoy your usual Netflix or Hulu shows before bed (must have your own accounts). A large overstocked kitchen caters to all cooks from beginner to advanced, so you can prepare your favorite meals while enjoying beautiful Gulf views.

Palazzo Resort is a quaint tower in Panama City Beach where you'll never feel crowded or wait hours for parking and elevators. You'll be able to comfortably enjoy the resort's amenities which include a lounge, fitness center, grilling area, Gulf-front pool and hot tub, and private beach access. All reservations at this unit receive complimentary beach chair access for two for the entire duration of your stay (beach chair service is not available October 11 through February 28/29).

Pier Park, the Panhandle's favorite shopping and dining destination with over 120 stores, is situated less than 2 miles East of Palazzo Resort.

PLEASE NOTE: Guests at this resort are required by the HOA to register their vehicles with Palazzo Guest Services to avoid being towed. There is a $40 charge PER VEHICLE (up to two vehicles) for parking registration which is paid to the resort and is NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING PRICE. This fee covers the entire duration of your stay and IS NOT a daily fee.

Great property Wonderful views. Just far enough from pier park so that the beach wasn’t crowded at all. Everything about the property was wonderful. Heated pool was a big hit when the kids were finished with the beach. Definitely saving this property and hope to rent again.

This is a very nice condo. Beautifully decorated, spacious and right on the beach. Easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The only issue we had was with the dryer. The owners may want to have it serviced or replace it, as it takes nearly 2 cycles to dry a complete load. Otherwise, we would stay here again.

overall, very satisfied with accommodations. well-appointed unit with spectacular views. did have a problem with odor from the garbage disposal. while someone did come to see about it, issue could not be resolved. apparently wasn't specific to our unit and HOA is trying to track down source of the issue. since we could not use it, we kept it covered and enjoyed our stay.

We all loved this condo. There was plenty of room for the 11 of us. I can't say enough about the view. We were there for the 4th of July and the show from inside the condo or out on the balcony was spectacular!! The location is great, on the west end and away from the traffic. There were a few issues which I told the owner about and that didn't need to be fixed right away. This was by far the best place I have ever stayed for a vacation on the beach!!

Best Condo Ever!!!
We’ve been renting condos for our vacations the last 20 years and this was by far our most favorite condo. We had a slight issue with the floors being properly cleaned when we got there but Liv Vacation was great with their communications and flexibility to make it right and that’s really all anyone can ask. Liv Vacation was fantastic through the whole rental process and we’ll be trying to rent from them in the future. The location on the west end of PCB was more relaxing than on the East side but not so far you can’t be in the middle of everything in a few minutes. As for the condo, the floor to ceiling windows looking over the beach was worth the price alone. Great furnishings, phenomenal kitchen, updated appliances, and comfortable beds. The only issue we had with anything inside the condo was the dryer didn’t work great, but still worked and really was more of annoyance than anything else. I would recommend this condo and renting from Liv Vacations to anyone and everyone.
