Great place for a girls trip!
My friends and I booked this property for spring break as a quick getaway. The property was exactly as listed and was very clean! The view from the condo is beautiful, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The pool had a snack bar open over the weekend also that was very convenient. I highly recommend this host and property!

Great vacation experience
Very good location and everyone was very friendly. The grounds and pool area and building were very well kept. The only issue we had was having to wash bath towels several times . We will revisit for sure!

Perfect little place for my husband and I to stay! The whole property was well taken care of and our 6th floor condo had a fabulous view! Elevators came quickly and we never had to wait on them long. We would love to come back sometime!

Master bed broken in center had a big hole .cleaning people were laying on the beds at 330 when I opened door,wouldn’t recommend to anyone have pictures of bed if you want to see.

Last year i stayed at this property. And our place wasnt in the best conditions. But i took a chance this year to be in another place on the same property. It was wonderful. We loved it. And definitely will be back. I love the location. Seems to be less crowded.

There was 1 wash clothe. There was an air freshener that was over powering. No safety rails in tub. I did not contact host as it was a short visit.

Relaxing Getaway
I have to start by saying to be sure to take into account the cost of this stay vs. others in the area. Be aware going in that you are in a private 'resort' so guests are not allowed on the property. Vehicles must be registered and everyone must have a wristband. Parking will cost extra. All that being said, the view is *beautiful* and the private beach area is very convenient. There are lots of things to do close by and lots of stores in the area. The pool is beautiful and makes a nice alternative if you don't want to get in the salty water. Despite there being lots of people in the building, my stay was fairly quiet and the people seemed family vacation oriented. The room is not perfect and definitely has been well loved by some of the guests. That being said, it was clean and kitchen was stocked well. It was a nice room to stay in for the comparative cost and so beautiful to wake up to that window view. I'd gladly stay here again!

Late anniversary trip
The room was very nicely decorated and set up well. It is a small room on the corner with perfect views overlooking the beach and ocean. Bathroom was a touch small but very doable. Air conditioning there is a little weird to me as We have stayed there in other rooms and it is asked to keep thermostat above a certain temp to help alleviate freezing up. At night there were a couple times.we bith were hot even with a box fan blowing on us. Now enough for that. We would absolutely stay there in this exact room over and over.

This unit was ok. It could use a few upgrades as well as a better cleaning service. There was potato chips on the sofa and finger/ hand prints on the full length look out window. There was Hair in the beds and shower that wasn’t ours. Almost all the towels had stains on them. Not enough toilet paper or trash bags. A full length mirror would also help when getting ready.

The towels were stained and dirty like it has been used to clean. Not Good the Floor was dirty and found dirty tissue paper on the floor. The Shower/Tub were dirty with hair on the shower wall and the drain. Only stayed one night because I couldn’t take it. Not staying there again.👎👎👎

Bad mattress
The unit was a nice fit overall for the 2 of us, loved the wood flooring rather than cold tiles. BUT, by the end of the month we both were having back issues from the saggy mattress. Would have tried to use the couch but it was worse! Didn't dare sit or lie down on it unless someone was there to help you up, you'd sink in almost to the floor! Building was pretty good, right on the beach which was lovely. However the pool area wasn't open for use during our time staying there. We often visit the PCB area so we're quite familiar with the golf courses and restaurants and other amenities in the area. Might rent here again, but definitely read the reviews re: beds/mattress quality next time.
