Nothing but beautiful beach views here! Relax and unwind in the heated swimming pool, grab a drink from the poolside cafe, and the relaxing hot tub. Listen to the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico each morning from your private balcony and soak in the sunshine while you watch breath taking sunsets at this Sterling Breeze 12th floor condo. Get a quick work out in at the 24-hour fitness center or don't its VACA! This condo is great for families or a group of friends with1 king bed, 1 twin over twin bunk and a sleeper sofa, with TWO bathrooms. The kitchen comes equipped with all your basic cooking needs, there is also in unit laundry.

Location -, you will be a half a mile from the City Pier and Pier Park, which is home to stores, restaurants, bars, arcades, movie theaters, and more! Also within a few minutes drive are Sharkys Beach Front Restuarant, Gulf World Marine Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark. Mini Golf and Go Carts.

Parking notes: Pay your registration fee (a one-time fee of $50), obtain your parking pass, and collect your wristbands. For additional parking (max of 2 vehicles per unit), an additional pass must be purchased (another $50).

● Need assistance? The receptionist desk or security are available between 7:30 am - 11
pm, seven days a week.
Resort Passes/Pool wristbands are required at Sterling Breeze. Failure to have a
parking pass displayed on the windshield within 24 hours of arrival may result in
vehicle(s) being towed without warning.

We had an amazing time here. Was everything listed in. My boys loved the pool and hot tub. Loved that we were right on the beach. A walk away from Pier Park. We will definitely be back.
