Welcome to unit 811, our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom renovated condo at the Shores of Panama Resort. Enjoy the beautiful Ocean view from the master bedroom with a king size bed and a full private bathroom, complete with a closet, a large dresser and a bench with additional storage. When you are not looking out the window to the ocean, the master comes with a smart TV for your entertainment. The second bedroom comes with a set of bunkbeds, a closet, a dresser and a private bathroom. The living room comes with a queen size sleeper sofa with a stunning view of the ocean and a smart TV. The dining table seats 6, and there are an additional 4 on the breakfast bar. This condo sleeps 6 comfortably.

The kitchen is complete with new stainless-steel appliances (full size fridge with ice maker, ceramic top range, microwave, dishwasher). The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, dinnerware, glassware, cooking and baking pots and pans as well as small appliances for your convenience to create delicious home cooked meals.

The newly updated condo features new furniture inside and outside. The large balcony has a 3-seat sofa, a dining table and lounge chair, so you can enjoy the expansive view of the Gulf of Mexico right from the comfort of your balcony.

This condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. There is covered parking on the 8th floor just steps from the unit.

The Shores of Panama Resort offers numerous amenities such as 14,000 s.f. lagoon style outdoor pool and Gulf view hot tub, a heated indoor pool and hot tub, 2 tiki huts/pizza bistro, coffee and ice cream shop, a fully equipped gym with a variety of fitness machines and weights, free hi-speed internet and Wi-Fi, large and small meeting facilities, beach side water sports activities as well as chair/umbrella rental on site, private beach access, kids’ club (seasonal), and 24-hour security. You never have to leave the resort unless you want to!

If you do venture out of the resort, within walking distance, you will find casual and fine dining restaurants, healthy foods or a variety of bars for the Happy Hour drinks! Just a stone’s throw away is Ripley’s, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, ZooWorld, Pirate’s Island Adventure, Golf Courses. You are only minutes away from everything that Pier Park has to offer. For your everyday convenience, Walmart is just across the street.

It was a nice get away for me an friend and my two grown children. Everyone was nice and the pool was great and the beach was beautiful and just what we needed. The parking deck was a little much! And the only thing about the condo is no sheets for the sofa bed! But we would all still stay there!!!!!!

Great Resort / Beautiful View
We really liked the resort's pool and easy access to the beach. There are tons of bad reviews about the elevators and while they're not great, we did fine taking the stairs when going down and only riding them up to ease congestion. The condo had updated appliances/TVs/kitchenware, a nice living space and great patio/patio furniture, but the beds really need to be updated. Don't forget to bring everything you need for the duration of the stay- toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc.

Condo 811 was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was. There that we needed. We were steps from the beach lots of beautiful pools,our view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful. We ate breakfast out there every morning. Everything that you needed was close by as far as food and grocery store. I would highly recommend renting this condo. The host was absolutely wonderful if we needed anything, it was answered right away. We will definitely be renting this condo later in the future. Thank you to the owners in the host for having us. Everything was good if you like crowds. I do not. I chose this property because of the large pool for my kids who are 8,5,&3. They loved it!!! But the pool and beach were so crowded it was hard to enjoy at times. At times there was a longer than average wait on the elevators also. If you stay here, get on a different lunch and dinner schedule than everyone else on the property or you will be waiting on elevators or stuck in the parking deck. Other than it being crowded, it's a great location and property. Simira, our host, was very responsive and polite. Property manager was awesome as well.

Perfect beach getaway
Had a problem with the TV remote upon arriving. Called the local contact and she was there within a half an hour! She made it very clear that if we needed anything she'd be at our service. The location of this unit was ideal. Indoor parking space was a only a few steps away as was the elevator. This made our trips to the beach a breeze. Check in was smooth and efficient. Walmart is within walking distance. We hope to return to this unit in the future. If I must say something wasn't perfect: The mattresses could be updated. Oh yeah: The refrigerator. My wife fell in love with it and is insisting we get one like it! This was a fantastic stay especially for the price.

Wonderful Girls Getaway weekend!
We rented Thur thru Sun so we could arrive late Thur & have two full days on the beach. When we got there at 12:30am we found the condo hadn’t been cleaned after the last renters left. I called Barbara, the property manager and was sho Med & as upset as we were. She was on site within 30 minutes and began cleaning the unit herself all the while apologizing. We didn’t get to bed until the wee hours but the unit was spotless. We all sleep well, got down to the beautiful beach for to amazing days in the sun. When I contact the owner she quickly refunded the cleaning fee Thursdays rent. We were very happy with the amazing service & unit. We would come again & highly recommended it.

We absolutely LOVED this condo! It is the perfect location!The 8th floor means you aren't waiting a long time for 1 of the 3 elevators, yet you are still high enough to get that beautiful ocean view and view of the stunning pool! Samira(Owner) and Jeannette(Property Manager) are the BEST! Amazing communication from start to finish. Not only did they respond within a few minutes to my questions, they were BEYOND accommodating to our requests when they did not have to be. They were understanding and generous just to ensure our trip was nothing short of amazing! We have stayed in many rentals in Gulf Shores, PCB, Pensacola and St. George Island. I have to say Samira/Jeannette were the best owner/property manager we have ever worked with. The condo was clean and spacious for the 4 of us. They even provide beach towels which saved us space in our suitcases! We would definitely love to stay here again our next time in PCB!

Great week in the sun!
My family and I took a spring break vacation and stayed in this amazing space. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. The oven wasn't working at the time of our visit but the owner purchased a counter top oven for us to use instead and it worked perfectly. The internet wasn't working very well at first but someone came out promptly to change the router and then it was great. There was an amazing view of the beach! The security and staff who worked there were great. You had to have a wristband to get from the beach to the pool. Being that we visited during spring break this was a huge plus for us to know that anyone not staying at the resort couldn't visit. The condo is located on the 8th floor with 8th floor parking. Very convenient for carrying groceries and things from the car to the room. We only had to take the elevator down to the pool and the beach. The owner checked us in and had a parking pass and wristbands waiting for us when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Beach and Nice Resort
The condo was clean and the view was great! The only thing wrong with the condo were some broken items so we notified the manager but didn't hear back. The owner was excellent at communication and made the whole renting process easy! We really enjoyed the resort and the beach was so beautiful! I just wish I had done more research of the actual location of the resort because there was A LOT of issues with Spring Breakers. They would form big groups on the beach in the afternoon until the police would be chasing crowds off the beach every night. There were also big crowds outside around the resort and because of that there were lines of cop cars. At times I did not feel it was safe, especially for my teen children to be able to go out and walk around. I want to be clear though the resort itself is REALLY nice and relaxing and the condo was perfect for us (and had everything you needed!). There were lots of families inside the resort and the outside bar and food was nice! I would just never go at spring break time again! You will definitely enjoy the resort and it's amenities!
