Our stay was very enjoyable. The only issue we had with the property was the tv in the bunk room didn’t work. Even after the suggestion the property owner gave to correct it. Perfect location and beach access. If we don’t bring our whole family next year we’d stay here again.

Great place to stay
The condo itself was perfect !! However the tents placed in front of beach chairs is super frustrating bc the entire beach front is over taken by tents, the paper bracelets are awful bc they last like two days then you have to go and hope someone is there to get u a new one if u have the old one plastic or rubber would be better and then of course the elevators are always an issue.. only thing I would request changed is tents in front chairs and paper bracelets..

Fun Stay!
I was aware before booking, that this was a very busy time to be in Panama City. So I wasn’t surprised that the elevators took a long time to access and the parking deck was always busy. However, my family and I had the best time. The pool and the tiki bar was amazing and we loved being so close to family fun places and yummy restaurants. The beds were incredibly comfortable which is always a huge plus! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this condo!

I’d go back.
Overall the place was nice. Good amenities and location. As it sometimes goes with rentals, there were a few things that needed attention stemming from the age of the place and some minor repairs needed.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, great location, nice pool! Bed was comfy and nice and dark during the day for mid afternoon naps. Despite previous reviews, parking nor the elevators were an issue for us but probably since we stayed during a less popular time. Only con was that the couch was pretty dirty, we had to put a blanket on top of it prior to feeling okay with sitting on it.

Great communication, great view
For the most part we enjoyed our stay. We visited during a very busy week it seems with a mob of people on the beach each day directly in front of the building. We witnessed a fight that had to be broken up by police. We were unaware when booking that this seems to be a major party spot. I don’t recommend this condo building to people with small children. However, the condo itself and the owner were great! It is fully stocked and has everything you could need. Two beach carts, brand new chairs, multiple umbrellas, and even toys. Plenty of towels provided! Kitchen stocked well with everything we needed to cook breakfast every morning. Elevators were a long wait, but we expected that with the amount of people. Owner is helpful and quick to respond!
