Convenience: A side entry makes unloading luggage and groceries a breeze. The home also features a full bath and a separate laundry area equipped with a large LG washer and dryer.

Bedrooms:
Primary Suite: The primary bedroom upstairs features elegant wood furnishings, a large Roku Smart TV, and incredible ocean views with direct access to the balcony. The en suite bathroom boasts an oversized garden tub and walk-in shower.

Secondary Upstairs Bedroom: This bedroom also includes an en suite bath, large Roku Smart TV, and memory foam mattress.

Main Floor Bedroom: A luxuriously appointed shabby chic bedroom offers a full bathroom, large Roku Smart TV, and ample sleeping space with a twin-over-twin trundle bed, queen upholstered bed, and full-sized daybed.

Ground Floor Level: The ground floor features an oversized bedroom with a full-sized bed and sofa, ideal for mothers-in-law or teens needing their own space. Additionally, a bunk room with a full-over-full bunk bed and twin-sized pull-out trundle accommodates 5 little ones.

Guest Requirements: Guests must be at least 24 years old to book.
Pet-Friendly: Up to two dogs are welcome for an additional $295 pet fee.
Security: The property is equipped with front and rear door security cameras for your safety during your stay.
Elevator Access: The home features an elevator for your convenience. Please note your request for elevator access when making your reservation or at least 24 hours before your arrival.
Security Deposit: A $500 security deposit hold is added to the reservation one day prior to check-in. The hold is released 3-4 days after your stay, provided the home is left in good condition.
