Located in desirable Gulf Highlands, this tranquil condo is located directly across the street from Panama City Beach. You can walk to multiple restaurants, bars and shops.
Right out your backdoor is a pool that is heated from November through March so you can use it year-round!
Amenities in this recently-renovated condo include a gym, playground, tennis courts, pickleball courts and multiple pools to choose from.

Other things to note:

There is a $75 pet fee for those guests bringing pets.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.

For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.

Awesome place!
Great condo get away! A beautiful place with a swimming pool right in the back yard. The golf cart was awesome for getting to the beach quickly. Gated community and pet friendly was awesome! We really enjoyed the week in this condo.

The resort was enormous and very close to the beach. It had many pools, a mini golf course and an excersise room. 115 Tonya- what a place!! It was beautiful and roomy and clean. The living room had 2 couches at least one was a pull out.

Amazing vacation rental!
Our family had the best time at this rental. It was extremely clean. The pool was steps from the condo and the golf cart was very convenient. We could not have asked for a better location. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants, donut shop, and ice cream parlor with ease. The property manager was friendly and quick to respond to messages. I would highly recommend this rental for families.

Our stay was perfect. Property was very clean and everything we needed for our week at the beach. Any questions we had were answered immediately. Highly recommend this property and plan to be back in the future. Having a pool right in our backyard is super convenient with kids and it’s less crowded then most of the other pools on the property.

Just what we needed
Our stay had everything needed. The kitchen was well stocked, the linens were great and the golf cart was the icing on the cake. The pool was 30 steps out the back door , a quiet back yard which we enjoyed as well as our dog. The property is close to the exit gate which is handy. The hosts were were great communicators.

3.5 stars - some nice amenities, some updates needed
We have stayed in Gulf Highlands before. This particular condo is all the way to one side of the resort, which would be inconvenient for beach and amenity access except for the golf cart that is rented with the unit. So that takes care of that. We also liked that we could bring our dog without an exhorbitant fee. The condo seemed clean enough but there are a few things we'd recommend the owners look into for improvements. First, the shower in the master had a wall separating, and the shower head is pointed in that direction so we worried about water. A small shelf, perhaps above the towel bar, would help with the lack of counter space. There was not a bath rug or shower mat in one of the bathrooms so we had to use a towel as a makeshift option to reduce the chance of slipping on wet floors. An area rug in the living room would be nice also as the tile floor is not overly comfortable or warm. Finally, the bed in the master is creaky, the mattress seems pretty old/worn out and the mattress pad is noisy. Anytime one of us moved we woke the other up, which made for disrupted sleep. Unfortunately the shuffleboards close to the condo were in poorer condition and the pool there not heated or cleaned the whole time we were there (a maintenance member said they'd look into it), but that is not the owner's fault. Luckily with the golf cart we were able to easily use the other options onsite. On the plus side the kitchen had what we needed and the starter soap/paper items helpful.

Great lil getaway
My husband and I had a nice vacation in PCB and this proved to be a great place for us to stay for the things that we did. It is located near all the fun things to do, great places to eat and of course the beach. The golf cart is perfect to load up your beach gear and park it just across from the beach. Such an easy walk from there to the beach. The condo is nice and has everything you might need during your stay. The pool in the back yard is literally just steps away and very clean and refreshing. We had a couple of small issues with the gate code but the owners were quick to respond and very kind. Our GPS took us to the back gate entrance which is where the condo is located in the large complex, however we were not able to use the code at that entrance and was directed to the main gate. Once we finally got to the property, we enjoyed every minute and would definitely go back.

Very nice property that was centrally located to lots of attractions and stores. We were able to run to the supermarket and Walmart with ease whenever we needed something (we stayed for a week). It was nice having a pool in the back and the golf cart made it convenient to get to the beach. The host was very responsive to any of our questions too. We had a great time!

Great condo in a good location
Great little condo in a great location. The unit was stocked with about everything anyone would ever need. Additionally, there was the provided electric golf cart that was so convenient to ride to the beach and back. The unit was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy and the unit was quiet. Another plus is that the pool is right out of your back door. I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!
