On the first and third floors, you’ll find all the comforts of home with modern touches to make your guests feel rested, relaxed, and pampered. The first floor features the master bedroom with king bed and spa-like en suite bath equipped with a double vanity, oversized walk-in tile shower, and separate soaker tub. On the third floor, you’ll find 2 guest bedrooms and a loft space for more room. This floor also features a full bath with tub/shower combo and a balcony to enjoy slow morning starts. Beautiful home. Very clean. Greqt accomodations. Be prepared to drive to the beach. It really isn't walkable. If you have kids or elderly family you would need to cross 4 lanes of traffic after you get from the house to the main road. Parking at the beach is a nightmare most days.

We enjoyed the 2 porches and the proximity to Helen State Park. We walked there nearly every day. Inlet Beach was very nice but we had just spent 2 weeks at the beach. So your home was perfect for us.

Beautiful brand new house in a new neighborhood with access to a pool! A quick 5 minute drive to the inlet beach access and we found a parking spot each time (the earlier the better!) Plenty of room to spread out in the main living space on the second floor of the house. Fenced in backyard was nice for the dogs too. Would stay here again!

August Beach Trip
We had a fabulous time with our 9 and 10 year old. The beach was absolutely beautiful and the weather was perfect. This property is convenient to restaurants and other attractions as well but further from the beach than we expected. The house was absolutely gorgeous and gave us the relaxation and getaway we were needing. The pool area is like being at a resort. We could have spent all day there. We will definitely be going back!

Beautiful beach
We loved the house and the neighborhood. The house is huge and well equipped. The only downside is that you have to cross the highway to go to the beach, but the beach is just 8 minutes walking form the house, and honestly, it is not that dangerous, because it's at the end of the highway. But keep it in mind if you have young children or seniors with you. Overall I recommend this space to anyone who wants to enjoy a beautiful beach (Inlet Beach deserves a visit) and a calm and relaxing neighborhood!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome Property!The property is great. Recent construction so the property is in awesome condition. Beach access however is challenging. Inlet beach is a nice area with one big challenge - the location is on the North side of Hwy 98. Meaning, you need to drive to the beach or walk about 1/2 mile to get to beach access.While the drive is short, parking is hit or miss. If you have enough patience, you can eventually park. But, when I'm on vacation, I don't want to stress over parking. To be fair, we read the other reviews, and were aware of the potential challenge. So, I'm not trying to ding the property owner. It's tough to recommend the property due ot the limited beach access, but, it's also hard to ding the property because it's a great home in great condition.My honest review.
