In-season guests (Memorial Day - Labor Day) must rent Saturday - Saturday.
Winter guests are welcome to rent weekly or monthly!
ALL RENTALS, including off-season, have a minimum three (3) night stay for this unit.

This NEWLY REMODELED 2 bdr. , 2.5 bath town home style condo has fine furnishings and a great attention to detail. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, and two twins in guest bedroom. The décor is tasteful, nautical and fun! Flat screen TV's in living room and Master Bedroom. Black out curtains, sofa sleeper, high quality bedding. Great condo with amazing gulf and lake views! One of the nicest condos we offer. It is in amazing condition and the perfect vacation condo.

Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Location, location!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and commons areas are well taken care of. Our condo was nicely remodel but the housekeeping was lacking. The unit could use some more new kitchen utensils. Had an issue with the sofa sleeper and management did replace the mattress but probably more of a frame issue. We ended up getting an air mattress which management said they will send us a refund check. Didn't care for the manager using these words consistently "you guys are" as a complaint rather than addressing an issue. We have stayed with this property for over 20 years. We love this area!

Beautiful and clean
Our stay in this condo was fine,we were disappointed that they rented out for next year before we had a chance to confirm our stay. They do need new pillows, we had to purchase new ones. Also , they could use some new pots and serving plates. It was very clean and comfortable. We were ready to stay there again but no luck.
