Pet Friendly House three minute walk to Beach!

Welcome to our newly renovated beach bungalow for your vacation. You'll have easy parking right at the door, no hassle with elevators, and we even have multiple parking spaces available. This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit can accommodate up to eight guests with two king beds, twin bunks, and a pull-out couch. Enjoy the smart TVs in each room and a 55-inch TV in the living room. Conveniently located just a three-minute walk to the beach and less than three miles from Pier Park. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance. You can also relax in the backyard with the electric grill and bring your furry friends along as we have a large fenced yard. We provide beach essentials like a cart, chairs, umbrella, and even hair dryers. Join us for a fantastic beach vacation and unforgettable moments in the beautiful emerald-green water and stunning sunsets.

Must be 22 and over to book. The person booking must be present if the other guests are under the required age.

You must mark yes if you're bringing your pet $150 non-refundable pet deposit will be charged to you.

The location, amenities inside the house and a very good air conditioning are just a few of the positive things to mention. All in all a very well set up rental for a family. They even have a beach cart and chairs to take to the beach.

Everything was as advertised and we had a great time, short walk to public beach access to catch the rays and sunsets. Walking distance to gas stations and local places to eat and drink, nice neighborhood. Cool backyard and privacy. We recommend that you plan a trip here as well, smart TV, no cable but wifi was great. Thanks for a great time.

This cute little house was perfect for my Mothers Day weekend Gulf Coast 70.3! Perfect location on the run route and only 2 blocks to the beach. It’s close to all the sites without being in the congestion of Front Beach Road. Perfect!

World Series Stay
We stayed for a week long softball tournament. The place was very clean and close to the beach and the ball park. We needed more storage in the bedrooms - were not able to unpack our suitcases. Not enough outlets for phones, Apple Watches, laptops etc. Overall the place was nice and we had a great stay.

Property inside was cozy and clean. Location was very convenient to beach and restaurants etc. Only downer was the dog poop left in the backyard from prior visitor. It was addressed by management during the stay. Otherwise all else was exactly as advertised. Good stay.

Spring break
This place was perfect for our spring break trip. The house was super clean, had everything we needed and was close to the beach. 2 minutes away to be exact! Fenced in yard for our pups and they had a blast! Its so hard to find places that accept 3 pups. The host was excellent at responding, and super nice and allowed our babies with NO extra hassle! We could not have had a better week!! We ARE definitely stay here again!

Should notify guests that the door locks by itself, resulting in us getting locked out while unloading the car. Never figured out the ROKU TV, so we missed watching football games and our favorite shows. Road noise was bad.

Great home for doggie
We enjoyed having our doodle with us and he loved the fenced backyard. Nice grass and no sand spurs or fleas to worry about! Good location if you don’t need to be beachside. There were four TV’s but the fact you couldn’t get local TV was a disappointment. I used to live in PCB and was really hoping to watch my local channels. The ROKU, etc got sort of old. We had to leave early due to my asthma flaring up.

Overall enjoyed this house with my family. A few things could be better but nothing major. The bedroom with no bathroom was hot, had to run a fan. also a little aggravating to go into the other two bedrooms for a bathroom access. The bathroom by bunk room had low water pressure and needs a regular shower head. A covered front door or parking would be great so you dont get soaked when it rains. And a mat outside the front door to wipe your feet on. Just a few little things, other than that a great little place and we enjoyed it.

Small spaces….
This house is very very small... The fridge doesn't open all the way because of the way they built it into the wall, and the dishwasher is kinda just sitting under the counter. There are no dressers for clothes or anything else. Very small space.. there are twin bunk beds, but they are wobbly. No rugs in the house at all so the floor continuously feels gritty! The air conditioner doesn't keep the house cool. I will say the management company is awesome! They addressed all my concerns. We made the best of it for the week,

Great Location for Pet Friendly Stay
We enjoyed the property for proximity to the beach and our furry friend enjoyed the fenced yard. About the only complaints I could possibly have is we didn't have an outlet near the bed for charging phones at night. There was an extension cord that reached the one night stand as a stopgap. Also, I didn't see a pizza pan. Tough life, right? LOL The internet worked great, the beds were comfy, the TVs were nice and big, the area is very walkable and bathrooms were well stocked with soap, shampoo, towels, etc. We did run out of paper towels. The washer and dryer let us take home clean clothes for one less thing to do upon our return. The beach chairs and sand mat came in handy. It was too windy for the umbrella most days. Being Florida near the beach, the sand gets all over the floor. There was a broom and dust pan for cleaning up. A vacuum if you really need to get the sand up. If I had one suggestion, it might be to add a towel rack near the sink in the master bath. Still, not a biggy. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the area in the future.
