THE DETAILS
This freshly renovated private beach home comfortably sleeps eight with two bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, two bathrooms, and bunk area- making it an ideal place for a beach trip with family or close friends. With newly installed floors, granite kitchen countertops, cabinets, appliances, furnishings and much more, our home is by far one of the nicest in the area.
The Master Bedroom features a new king size mattress with matching decor and pendant lighting. The newly tiled full bathroom is privately attached to the Master bedroom with an elegant walk-in glass door shower. The second bedroom features a new queen sized bed with matching decor. Both bedrooms have new 43" Samsung smart TV's, large closets and dressers for ample storage along with blackout curtains.
The Main Living Area has a 70" Samsung LED Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Disney+ capability and many more. A queen-sized sleeper sofa with gel foam mattress comfortable for two and plenty of seating for everyone.
The newly built bunks are located adjacent to the living room area and comfortably sleep two on new twin XL mattresses. The second updated bathroom is conveniently located in the hall between the kitchen and bedrooms. Both showers have hand held shower heads for easier clean up with little ones. The laundry room is across from the bunks with a new full-size washer and dryer.
The outdoor space features a newly poured wide concrete front driveway and rear covered patio with ample room for parking and entertaining. New furniture, seating, lighting, a Weber gas grill and 65" Smart TV. Enough parking out front for 3 cars or a truck/boat combo and one vehicle. The driveway will comfortably fit boats up to 26' with truck attached. Perfect stay during Snapper Season! Our beach gear storage shed holds chairs, a beach cart, coolers, toys, skim boards, boogie boards and more all for your own personal use.
NEW! Private GAS heated (optional $50/night extra) salt water pool with LED lighting! Not to confuse this with water in the gulf. It simply takes salt and converts it to chlorine making it feel silky and smooth. The gas heater heats fast and has no problem heating regardless of the outside air temp. Electric pool heaters are slow and can only heat 10-15 degrees above the outside air temp. Please let us know at least 48hrs ahead of time if you would like the pool heated and a fee request will be sent.
Depth of pool is 5ft in the deep end and 3ft in the shallow end. You will always have a safe and private place to swim even when the beaches are closed due to double red flags. Our favorite is watching a game or Netflix on the outdoor TV while taking a dip!
NEW! 2 hole putting green! Hone in your skills before heading to one of many nearby miniature golf courses such as Coconut Creek or Hidden Lagoon which also offer go-carts, a maze, and other on-site attractions.

PET RULES - Please Read Completely!
- If you want to bring a dog, please note that we have very extensive pet rules that must be followed.
- We allow a maximum of 2 dogs which must be under 50 lbs each. The pet fee is $150. We do not allow any animals other than dogs in the home.
- Dogs MUST be picked up after in the yard.
- Absolutely NO dogs on the furniture. We have light colored fabrics so this is VERY important. If we find evidence that a dog has been on any of the furniture or beds, the guest will be immediately fined $200 with photo evidence included.
- If your dog is accustomed to getting on furniture at home, you will need to bring plenty of sheets and blankets to cover our furniture to avoid the $200 fine.
- The back yard is fenced in but please bring a leash for your dogs. The home is located on a 2 lane street that can be busy and people occasionally exceed the posted speed limit.
- When you leave the property without your pet, we require that they be left in a kennel during your absence. We have provided one medium size foldable dog crate in the home for your use.
- PLEASE be respectful of our home and follow these rules.
THINGS TO KNOW
- 3 Night minimum rental (7 night minimum during peak season)
- Check-in after 4:00PM, check out no later than 10:00AM (CENTRAL TIMES)
- You must be at least 25 years of age to rent. Photo ID required prior to check-in.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING inside the unit. We have a no tolerance policy. If you are suspected of smoking inside the unit you will be asked to leave immediately with zero refunds given. If smoking outside of the home please ensure front and back doors are fully closed at all times.
- We ask that guests remember to treat the home and neighbors with respect. Many people here on Sunset are full-time residents.
- One Ring camera is located on the property at the front door which we monitor on a regular basis. No other surveillance or cameras are located on the property.
- While we do have some amenities geared towards little ones, our property is not entirely “baby-proofed”. You are responsible for ensuring your child’s safety, especially around water.
- A gas grill is available for your use. Please ensure it is cleaned after each use. If gas runs out during your stay you are responsible for refilling it or discontinuing use of the grill. While we try to keep it full for everyone, there are no guarantees.
