The home is also a convenient 3-minute bike ride to the stunning 30Avenue shopping district with incredible dining and shopping options, as well as outdoor entertainment during high season. Be sure to plan time to explore nearby Lake Powell and Camp Helen State Park. Rent kayaks or YOLO boards for a once in a lifetime experience of adventuring on a freshwater fed lake which flows directly into the Gulf. Only a handful of places on Earth have this ecosystem.
