Unit 1130 is located on the 11th floor of the highly desired Shore of Panama condo tower in Panama City Beach. This condo is one of the rare units directly overlooking the beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Wake up or go to bed with the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach. This unit has great views from the private balcony to watch dolphins, enjoy the beautiful Panama City Beach sunset, or just people watching on the beach. The unit is located on the 11th floor, minutes away from the beach & and the best pool in Panama City Beach. Please note that the walkway to the condo goes around the outside of the building. Please take this in consideration if you are scared of heights.

The condo is recently renovated with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, new flooring throughout, and updated decor. The master bedroom offers an on-suite bathroom with king bed, a twin bed bunk area with on-suite bathroom, & a pull-out couch with queen-sized bed. The condo also has a washer & dryer and hair dryers in the bathrooms.

The Shores of Panama is the premier beachfront luxury resort in Panama City Beach and is loaded with amenities. The Shores has everything that you would want in a beach resort including a 13,965 square foot gulf front pool with fountains, water features, and a winding lazy river thru palm trees and covered walkways, an outdoor hot tub, a Tiki bar serving food and drink, indoor heated pool and hot tub, fitness center, and coffee shop.

Great place easy access
Had a great time at this Vrbo.Fully stocked unit with all the goods. Elevator was not a problem.Pool and beach are excellent, with food and dining in walking distance. Only downside was the deck outside. Love to watch sunsets and sunrise in morning but the smell of weed was so bad you couldn’t stand to set outside unless that’s your thing you’ll love it.

The condo was nice and clean. Having a parking spot on the same level as the room was helpful as the elevators take a while. The owners do a nice job of supplying things you might need. Plenty of kitchen items to make cooking easy. The master bed was really comfortable. The balcony view was great, as was the pool and hot tub. We were able to see dolphins one morning.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is close to the action of PCB and is right next to Pineapple Willy's. Walmart is across the street for anything needed. Wonderful sunsets can be seen from the balcony. The pool is a nice break from the beach with areas of shade, especially in the morning. 😎

Great place!
The condo was great! Antonio called the day before we were supposed to arrive to let us know they were having the couch steamed, which they do every 3 months, and allowed us to check in early. I have stayed in not so great condos in Panama so I was very pleased to hear they do something like steam the couch. You can tell they take pride in their condo. He also checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The resort is well maintained and the staff is everywhere in a good way. I would love to stay again in the future, 10/10 recommend!

We had a great stay! The balcony overlooks the gulf and provided wonderful views. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs, sand toys, and a cooler. Host communication was excellent.

Clean and beautiful condo! Well equipped and Spacious with beautiful views to the water. We sat outside on the evenings and mornings for breathtaking views. Resort staff was friendly and you can enjoy the closeness of the beaches. Excellent location to the great beaches and restaurants. So much to do locally and great place to stay at! Pros - This is a very nice clean and well kept condo. Very nice appliances and kitchen. The best condo so far. Great communication with owners. Cons - The reception woman wasn’t very nice, when checking in and out, most staff seem to be straight from Jamaica with just enough English to get by. They need to learn manners with guests. This is down to the building management and not the condo owners. Also the parking space is the farthest one away from the 11th floor, which is a shame. And when leaving in the car or coming back it can seem to take forever driving up and down the multi story parking lot. Indoor heated pool is very small and full of kids, so if you’re staying off season like we did, you will find it crowded. Don’t know why they don’t heat the outdoor pool for off season just enough to take the edge off as it would welcome many more guests all year around. The hot tub jets weren’t working and it was quite crowded as the pool was ice cold. This is at Thanksgiving time. Overall this wouldn’t put us off staying here again, we had a nice break.

The property is just beautiful. The condo was excellent. Very clean and neat. Nicely decorated, you feel like you are at home. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Not only are you directly in front of the water but you dont see anyone else around you. It feels like you have the whole building to yourself!

We have used this condo 3 times, and it is the best condo for the price, the location and the cleanliness. The balcony view overlooking the Gulf is breathtaking. The condo is very clean and kept up. Modern looking with stainless steel appliances. The price is very reasonable compared to other properties in the area, which was a big plus. We will definitely continue to use this as our vacation property.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at The Shores Of Panama, Condo 1130, The Shell House! This condo had everything we could possibly need for a memorable vacation. Everything seemed new. The beds were super comfortable. The view from our balcony was truly incredible, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. We also appreciated the sense of safety and security we felt up in our condo. The availability of our host was awesome. They made sure we were setup for a great week. We can't wait to reschedule another stay here soon. It was a truly unforgettable experience!
