Welcome to our 13th floor oceanfront condo, aptly named the Salty Sandpiper, at Grand Panama Beach Resort Tower 1 condo 1305!

Let's start with the bedding arrangements: 1 King, 1 Queen, and a Twin Bunk. That’s room for 8!
Starting Sept 1st 2024 the resort will require a $20 fee to bring your pet.

Note: Guests must register with the resort for parking passes and pool bands. The registration fee is $50 . This fee includes up to (1) one parking pass and armbands for each member of your party an extra pass is $30. Motorcycle parking is available at $15 per motorcycle. Adults and children 13 years of age and older are required to wear armbands while on property.

Your 25 lb. dog is welcome to come along. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee when you bring your pet along.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age. We provide a starter pack of amenities and bed and bath linens. You will need to bring your own beach towels and replenish amenities if needed. Parking passes and armbands will be available upon guest check-in within the Tower II lobby at the Owner Services desk.

13th Floor Paradise
This property has all the most sought after features- oceanfront view, prime location to restaurants and shopping, well equipped kitchen, complimentary beach chair service and comfortable bedrooms. The balcony is spacious for relaxing, drinking coffee or cocktails. The outdoor pool and tiki bar is well kept. We hope to stay here again!

The condo was only 2 bedrooms, when I booked it was listed as a 3 bedroom. The bunk beds must have been listed as the third bedroom. We still made it work. The condo was clean. The beach service was great. It is in a good location.

We really enjoyed our time in this condo! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay! The abundance of beach chairs in the closet was a nice touch! We will def be back to stay in this condo again!

Very Enjoyable Stay
First time staying at GPBR, and really loved the experience here. We liked this particular unit and it’s setup. Great view of the beach, perfect location by the elevators too. Would recommend anyone staying in this unit, and we would stay here again

This property is immaculate and exactly fits description on website. The balcony is large enough to accommodate everyone staying in the condo. Perfectly situated for sunset views and listening to the gulf shore waves.

Exactly as advertised. Ample room for everyone in our party. Beautiful views of the gulf and sunsets from the balcony. Our dog enjoyed the new run area beside the parking deck. Already looking forward to our next trip back here.

Perfect beachfront stay
This property was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a beautiful waterfront balcony. It was exactly as advertised and all furniture , bedding, etc was in great shape. Lots of thoughtful extras, and a well stocked kitchen. We had a great stay with no issues at all.

Best Beach Getaway
Our 2 week beach getaway exceeded our expectations. The condo unit was very comfortable with exquisite views. We had an issue with the washer/dryer in the unit and the management and owner swiftly took care of problem.We will be booking again.

Property was great however…
Very nice property, but the smokers on the balconies and at the beach was awful! There was a lot of weed smoking going on too. Weed smokers were on the balconies and in the parking deck. We left a day early because we couldn’t enjoy the balcony at all. Otherwise the unit and the property was very nice!

Amazing views
Everything about the place was amazing! Super easy check in and check out process. The condo and resort was clean! The two chairs and umbrella already set up including in the condo was awesome! Walking distance to a fishing pier that has crystal clear views of sharks, stingrays, eels and fish. The beach has white sand and was never over crowded towards the end of August when the kids are back in school. There is a tiki bar next to the beach and pool that makes awesome drinks!

Wonderful stay! The condo is exactly as pictured and described. Wonderful beds (I slept 10 hours every night). Well appointed kitchen with everything that you need. Close to elevator. Great shopping and restaurants nearby. If using the parking tower, we always parked on P4 as no one really parks on that level. P5 is usually full and congested. Easy check in and check out. We enjoyed it so much and hope to go back again in the coming years.
