This low 4th floor condo is located perfectly in the building, the 4th floor is just high enough for breathtaking views but only 3 flights of stairs up from the pool when the elevators get busy!

Regency Towers is one of the well-established resorts with Great Amenities at a budget price! Great family resort lots for kids and adults to do on property and nearby. 2 large pools, Indoor Hot Tub Spa, Tiki Bar between the pools, 2 large grilling areas, and shuffleboard courts are on site. There is over 650 feet of sugar white beachfront for you to enjoy.

Regency Towers Beach Resort Is located on the east end of Panama City Beach. It is 1 mile west of St Andrews State Park, 3 Marinas with deep sea fishing charters, pontoon boat / Jet Ski rentals. There are many local restaurants nearby such as J Michael’s, Grand Marlin, Capt. Anderson’s Famous Seafood, Sisters of The Sea & Dive Bar, Patches Bar and Grille, Billy’s Oyster Bar and Schooners Last Local’s Beach Club and Open Air Restaurant on the beach. Just a 2.5 miles east of the Mega Beach Clubs Spinnaker, Club LaVela and Hammer Head Fred's.

$40 Per Condo Regency Towers Resort Registration fee is collected at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, for an extra it is $15.
Each renter will be issued 2 parking passes maximum. When we reach 70%(+) occupancy(Summer and busy weeks), then renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.

Cancellation Policy:
A $300 Reservation Down Payment is charged to the credit or debit card you provide to take this condo off of the rental market for you. If you cancel for any reason this down payment is nonrefundable.

Final Payment for accommodations must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Exceptions made for last minute bookings.

Great Stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at Regency Towers!! The location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants without being in the “touristy” area of PCB. Our unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! We met the owners, they were such a sweet couple! They offered advice and opinions on where to eat and things to do! I highly recommend this unit! Beach access was great, short walk down the steps to the sand. Bikini Bob’s had good food and drinks. If you’re planning a trip to PCB, check out this unit!!

Perfect location. Love the two pool options including one heated plus the hot tub. Easy beach access with chairs and an umbrella set up and ready for us daily. Best stocked kitchen of any VRBO we have stayed at. No problems encountered during our stay. We will use them again!

Perfect For 4-6 People
The condo was spotless and was full of added little extras like extra "beach" chairs in the master bedroom closet! The A/C unit worked beautifully, which was much appreciated when we returned from a long day on the bike! There was really no negative thing to say about this property. The fact that it was on the 4th floor (instead of the 13th) came in pretty handy when the elevator went down (several times) during our weeklong stay. :-)

My group of friends take this trip to PCB every year. This has been one of my favorite stays so far. It is a little bit towards the end of town so a lot less traffic but still close enough to be in reach. Also the dollar store across the road helped so much with last minute essentials!

Great location, very spacious condo
Our family has a great time. This condo is very spacious. We loved having the tiki bar by the pool. Great prices and great food. Also we were able to rent jet skis/banana baiting right down on our beach! Very convenient location for grocery, restaurants, and fun times. The condo was missing just a few things in the kitchen that would’ve been helpful, but not enough to complain about.

Loved regency towers condo number 409. Beautiful decor. Loved the keurig. It had everything we needed. Beautiful view. Perfect location. Our only complaints would have been that the main sliding glass door was very old, extremely heavy and in need of replacement. Also the frame around the front door needed replacement from the inside, otherwise, beautiful comfortable well maintained condo. We very much enjoyed our week.

Actually tried to book again in the same room for next year and it was booked and I was bummed! Very impressed with the condo. Very clean and very quiet. The staff was always working and resort was very well kept. My ONLY complaint would not even be a complaint, only a suggestion - put fans in for those who like the sound of a fan at night. Other than that I would recommend to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

The unit itself was accurately described and a nice place to stay as a family - plenty of space, clean and a beautiful beachfront view! Having the chairs/umbrella rental included was a wonderful bonus. However, the building overall is very dated, only 3 elevators for all of the units to share (when 1 wasn't reliably working) meant they were extremely slow, hot and crowded and the parking lot was terribly difficult to find a spot. Neighbors upstairs were noisy through the ceiling (although no fault of this unit) and outside noise went late into the night down by the pool.

The condo itself was comfortable, nicely decorated and extremely clean, and the view was great. We were on the 4th floor, and from 10:00am until 9:00pm they play loud(ish) music for the pool guests so keep that in mind for kids or light sleepers. Thw building is rather dated and has 3 elevators. 1 elevator was shutdown the whole week and another was down for 48 hrs mid-week, which for a multi-level complex during spring break creates issues, especially during checking/checkout and grocery hauls. Overall I highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were some pros & cons regarding our rental. The rental management was very prompt to respond and easy to work with! However, there were some things in this unit that need to be improved. The main sliding door to the patio does not slide well at all and was very hard to open & shut(my grandma that was with us found it too difficult to use.) One of the beds/mattress in the 2nd bedroom needs replaced as my two 20+ yr old daughters said it was like sleeping on springs and they did not rest well the entire week. The bathrooms could use a deep cleaning and grout touch up. The location was great, the kitchen was well stocked, the furniture was nice, the unit had everything we needed and came with several amenities. The washer was a nice & big and the dryer dried our laundry fairly quickly. The beach was clean and the unit also came with 2 rental chairs which was nice and in addition there a trash chute on the same floor made it easy to empty to trash. All and all there were more pros then cons and we enjoyed our stay.

Disappointing and Dirty
Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The lack cleanliness was apparent upon arrival. The sheets on the king bed had multiple stains (we were able to get replaced), multiple live cockroaches were spotted in the kitchen, large food crumbs left under the front edge of the sofa, pieces of dry cat/dog food located in baskets that contained blocks for children to play with, dirty toilet, and left over soap in the bathroom from previous guests. Both the window and door in the main bedroom leaked while it was raining. Probably soaked up a gallon of water off the floor at these two spots. Emailed the condo owner and Emerald Coast regarding all of these issues and the only one addressed was the dirty sheet. Not even an apology was given. Property only has 3 elevators for a building with over 300 rooms. 1 elevator didn’t work the entire week, and a second elevator didn’t work one evening, leaving only 1 working elevator that night. Really enjoyed the two large pools (1 was even heated) and the poolside food and beverage bar. Also liked the fact that they had a gated entrance with security there at all hours.

The kitchen was well equipped. There were desone areas that needed attention. The front door would barely lock. Trial and error figured it out. That door was in bad shape. Looked like it may have been broken into. The showers had poor drainage. We notified the owner and no one came. I The ventilation needs attention . They did bring fans, but by then we had purchased one. The unit is 50 years old. So… well, there is that. We wouldn’t stay ah Gain.
