Very nice home ,location and furnishings and the pool and poolhouse were great for cooling off during the cookout .It comfortably accommodated our group of nine I would rent it again .

Great vacation property with easy access to the beach. The private fenced in heated pool was a must for our trip and we used it a lot. Property is well maintained and clean. Very easy to communicate with the owner. Would recommend to other families looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Location! Location!
This is a perfect house for our family! The location was also perfect, literally just a few steps from the sand. We went for Thanksgiving and it was not crowded at all, we felt like it was a private beach all for us! The pool house was such a bonus for the kids to have their own area. Plenty of parking space and within 3 miles to Walmart. Overall very satisfied.

A great place for a relaxing family vacation
We had so much fun at this property! There was plenty of space for everyone & had everything thing we needed. The neighborhood was quiet but friendly & the beach access was just feet away. We rented a golf cart through another business & could go to all the restaurants & fun places on that. The private pool was the biggest hit though with plenty of shaded & unshaded seating. We would rent this house again if available!

Group trip to PCB
Our trip to PCB was great. Communications with the property owner/manager were easy and he was very responsive and easy to work with. The house was perfect for our group of 9; very close to the beach, plenty of room inside and two nice 2nd floor porches to hang outside on. The kitchen was well appointed for us to cook and eat in if we didn't want to go out for dinner. The pool house provided 3 more bunks so our group could spread out a bit and it was fun to have another space to socialize in. Area was quiet and not in the midst of spring break craziness, so that was an added bonus. Overall a great trip, house fit the bill perfect.

The location of the property (proximity to beach access) was as good as you can get without being on the beach. Kitchen amenities were good, two king rooms were very nice and comfortable. Bunk room could use some new mattresses and a little more updated (more) seating in living room would be a plus. Outdoor patio furniture was very nice. Loved the rocking chairs and had a nice view to the left of the property. All in all, very pleased with the property.

This was the perfect place for our group. My wife and me took our two kids and four of their friends. The boys loved staying in the pool house. The house was clean and well maintained and the property manager, Dave was very attentive to our needs.

Just steps from the beach. Quiet one way street. We enjoyed this property. The only thing that would’ve made it better would be if it was directly on the beach. Would recommend. It’s was nice to have our own space and a pool too.

Amazing home and location
This home is literally steps to the beach access, clean, plenty of room, clean pool, and the extra bedroom in the pool gouse was a hit with our teen. Dave was an amazing host. He even accommodated us with an hour notice when our original rental claimed they were double booked last minute. We are glad our first home rental did not work out, the stay at this home was amazing!

Decent Property very close to the beach
The location was great, however to sleep 17 as advertised would be very cramped! It is not that big of a house and for only 7 adults, 2 babies, and 3 young pre teen girls, it was pretty cramped! It is close to the beach, with a smaller pool which the kids loved, which makes this place a good beach rental.

Mini family vacay
This was perfect for our family of 3 plus dog. With tons of space! The listing makes you feel like you will get more of a beach view- but they must have recently built a building on the lot next door so we had less of a “beach view” from the house. But literally walked to the beach in less than 5 mins so we were pleasantly pleased! The beach is stunning and mostly quiet. We will definitely return!
