Great, Clean and update Condo.
We were so pleased with the condo enough room for my family. Kitchen was fenomenal. 2 Bathroom has help tremendously with showers for my kids. Had a great experience and we will considere come back next year. The view of the ocean was a breath taking. Thanks.

We loved our stay at this condo. The checkin was easy & beachfront was gorgeous & convenient. The parking deck is tight so beware. Vending machine wouldn't work but no big deal. Condo was spotless & decorated pretty. Loved that the T.V. was already loaded with Roku apps & wifi worked great. The condo was stocked with a very dish/cooking utensil you'd need. Make sure you bring kuerig pods, salt/pepper, spices or any condiments you may need. 10/10 recommend!!

The property itself was nice and clean. All appliances were working properly and the location itself was great. Management was very prompt as well with the master toilet seat repair as it was cracked upon our arrival. Only issues I had involved the bunkbed that was questionable in terms of stability and would sway/jerk with the slightest bit of movement. 2 of our guests who were to sleep in the bunk didn’t feel comfortable doing so, understandably, so they slept in the same bed right next to it. In addition, the master mattress was very firm and not as comfortable as hoped. Still was a great condo overall and would recommend.

Inaccurate description
The reason I paid more was hot tub in this property. However, it was not mentioned in listing that it’s for 12 year and older. We were not allowed to use that at all as we had 4 and 6 year old. And the rules were strictly followed by staff. The kitchen sink had leakage and we had to use towels as kitchen floor was all wet from garbage disposal. It was nasty. And when we tried to use washer it didn’t work. Overall, the whole stay was horrible.

Despite the weather being cooler and windier than expected, the condo was a great, relaxing getaway. The condo was great, on the beach, and had a wonderful balcony. I would go there again, preferably when it's warmer.

I thought the unit could have been cleaner. All surfaces were cleaned but chair rungs, coffee table wrought iron, headboard were very dusty. There was no dresser in the second bedroom and the light in the closet didn’t work.The second bathrooms tub water never got hot only lukewarm. The kitchen could use a pair of scissors. The maintenance person did come and fix the outlets in the kitchen that stopped working. Loved the balcony. That was terrific!!

Very Nice Condo
Very nice condo with large balcony and great view of the beach. All of the appliances were like new. Clean! The only little inconvenience is with the property. We have stayed at Tropic Winds many times and for multiple years one of the elevators is down. Can lead to some long waits. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Great Place but horrible night staff
We stay at this building every year for the last few years. The building and all the places we stayed are great! However this year was the first year some friends came down at the same time and came over to eat dinner after we went deep sea fishing. The information for additional parking (where the extra parking lot is) was completly incorrect and non exsistent. The locaiton of the office was incorrect and by the time I found the office they were closed. We walked up and down the street trying to find the addtional parking they talked about being "adjacent to the building) and there is not one. We did run into the only person on staff that was walking around and told him some friends were there to eat and would only be here a few hours and parked in the additional parking lot across the street (the one they say is for yiour second car and you need a pass for $50). We were willing to pay $50 for him to park there but was told by staff that he was busy and did not have time for that, and to go ahead and park overthere. That is would be ok as long as it was not over night. We said thank you and promised to be out soon as there is a quiet time at 10p. As we walked out around 945p we were shocked to see that the car was towed, and the worker told us oh well I misunderstood. Even though we pointed to the car when we asked. Needless to say we had a 20+ drive to the tow lot and $150 to pay and another 20+ min drive back. We didnt get back to the place til 11p and was $150 less.

We loved our stay here! Didn't have to wait on elevators for a long time which was awesome. The balcony is huge so for our family of 3 we had plenty of room and then some. The inside layout was great and again worked out well for us. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great location, easy to find. Assigned parking space was a plus. Second bedroom mattress was less than desirable. Both bathrooms have regular tubs, which was ok. You just need to be careful getting in and out of the tub.

Great balcony with great view!
Had a great visit. Property was just as described. Loved it. Beautiful view and the balcony was the largest I've ever been on. Loved the kitchen as well. Cons: The unit was clean; however, the carpet in the master bedroom needed to be cleaned (immediately). We did not feel comfortable taking our shoes off or walking on the carpet. The mirror on the back of the master bedroom door also needed to be cleaned as there were 'kiddie' finger prints on the lower half of the mirror. I'm sure it was simply missed by the cleaning crew. I would also like to suggest that putting 'non-slip stickers' in the tub, as I did slip and fall out of the tub and landed on the floor in front of the toilet. If not for the shower curtains, I would have ended up in the emergency. Although non-smoking building, the neighbors, not sure which did not adhere to that policy. Overall, I would stay again. Beautifully decorated
Very nice unit! It was just right for us. Kitchen was big enough for two women preparing meals. Kids enjoyed the huge balcony and the 11th floor was a perfect combination of privacy and the gorgeous view. Beach was clean and we took advantage of the cool breeze and warm sand.

Location and access to beach were great
Access to the beach is amazing. There wasn't a million stairs. There was a ramp that was very helpful for my elderly parents. The unit we stayed in looked amazing but The floors in our unit were very dirty within 30 minutes of being there, our feet or black. I gave my parents the master bed room and I took the second bedroom. My bed was extremely uncomfortable. I got zero sleep while on vacation. The bed was extremely low to the ground. It almost felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. The bed made noise anytime I moved and there was a big lump in the middle. The coffee maker had mold in it and the fans on the balcony did not work. Furniture in the living room wasn't very comfortable. There were two small love seats and a small chair. We had four adults and we all could not all be in there comfortably. The balcony was nice and big. On our last two days they were elevator issues so we were waiting 20 to 30 minutes for an elevator overall, I will not stay in this unit again. I may look into other units in the building, though I do not recommend this unit at all
